Review: This book has CHANGED ME and I'm seeing changes in my husband. I am very greatful to Stormie for writing this novel. The prayers at the end of each chapter are wonderful. I know Satan is so busy but I continue to tell him he's a lier. I highly recommend this anointed tool to married, engaged, and single women. Review: this book is a God sent. i'm really enjoying reading this book along with the study guide. my pray life has increased so much more since i have started working in the study guide. she also makes you (the wivies)take a long look at yourself and i'm telling you, if you can't take it, you will never make it through this book. the greatest thing about this book and the study guide is, how she stays in the WORD OF GOD. while reading this book along with my pastor's wife (Lady W. Best) a praying wife group was started at our church (Shiloh Temple House of God) and there's other places in Cleveland where the praying wife study group has began also. this book and the study guide has sweep Cleveland like a rainstorm. i thank God for using her to minister to the saved wivies, it lets us know we are not alone.

Review: This book is not based only on theories - every chapter is filled with life examples that a married woman can relate to. This book covers every area of a married woman's life and proves that if one area is not right with God, it will affect the other areas and ultimately her whole marriage. After completing each chapter, I was moved by the Holy Spirit to just pray for my personal situation. Even if the reader is not adept at praying yet, Stormie Omartian has included the prayers at the end of each chapter to get you going. A "must-have" not only for married women but those engaged to be married !

Review: to friends that had been recommending this book! This is now the bridal shower gift I will choose to give. It is a must-have for any wife that wishes to have a closer relationship with God and her husband. This book is valuable even if you don't read all of it. It is well worth it to have just for the prayers the author has written out. The chapters are short and easy to read, and Stormie has made it very "user-friendly" to go back and refer to subjects often. This book also helped me to look at my role as a wife. If you are considering buying this for someone or for yourself, please don't hesitate. The power of prayer is awesome and Stormie just helped us get it organized and specific. Praise the Lord!

Review: This book helped me so much! I have developed greater patience with my husband, and a closer relationship with God through prayer. Everytime I pray for him, whatever I pray for happens! I HIGHLY recommend this book for any wife who is not sure exactly what her role in the marriage is according to God, and who really wants to be a "helper" to her husband. I plan on getting their other books also --- "Power of a Praying Parent" and the study guide for "Power of a Praying Wife".
