Review: I enjoyed listening to this audio cassette - it's from a meditation conference where Joan is speaking to an audience. Joan is articulate and has a pleasant voice. After a being away from meditation for sometime, I bought this tape to inspire me to get back into it and it has helped me achieve my goal. I recommend this tape for the meditation newbie or the person, like myself, who wants to get back into meditation after stopping for a while.
