Summary: IMPRESSIVE
Review: This was the very first book I read of Mary Higgins Clark. I found it quite interesting. Not many books can hold my interest, but this one kept me reading. I enjoyed it very much and am now reading another one of her books. All I can say is, it takes a lot to be a good writter and Mary Higgins Clark has got the talent.

Summary: BOOOOOOOOORING!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Review: This is by far one of the worst books I have ever read!!!As a MHC fan,I was really disappointed. It was very boring and predictable.I only finished it because I'm required to read a certain amount of books for school. It seemed like a good story, but I was very wrong!!!If your looking for a good mystery, turn to another one of MHC's books.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: MHC writes again another great book!
Review: MHC does it again! This fantastic story is beautifully written. I'm 12 years old and this is my second MHC book.

Summary: GREAT!!
Review: I thought this was a very good book. I read it last year. It just happened to be around Christmas. I really enjoyed it. It touched me and made me thankful that I don't live in a big city and have to worry about losing my mother and my belongings. Overall, this was a very good book and was well written.

Summary: I describe the book and say what I about it.
Review: This book was AWSOME!!! I felt sorry for the mother of the two boys. She had to go through so much having her husband get sick then losing her son to find out he was kidnapped by a maniac. The kidnapper was really creepy and crazy. He shot a guard to escape from prison and even threatened his own sister for money. He kidnapped the boy for a hostage and almost killed him. Well I don't want ruin it by saying any more just that I really recommend SILENT NIGHT. Mary Higgins Clark did a spectacular job! It's very suspenseful and keeps you on the edge of your seat. READ IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Summary: A major disappointment for Higgins fans
Review: This book surprized me: never was a book more obviously written for the Chrstmas gift market. Totally predictably unbelievable events bring this short book to an early death. A big gyp

Summary: This book was not only suspensful, but also mind-boggeling.
Review: Before reading this novel, I wasn't expecting much, but after reading this book, it has really changed my thought on judging a book by its' cover. This novel is about a young boy who's father is in the hospital and is very sick. The little boy's grandmother gives him a pendent of a saint that she believes helped heal her husband and his grandfather. The little boy believes that it will help heal his father, but on their trip to New York it gets stolen. The little boy, Brien sees a woman taking it, and follows her. And this is where the story begins

Summary: The best Christmas mystery I have ever read.
Review: I am a great Mary Higgins Clark fan and I rate this novel as high as any of her other ones. The suspense and the feeling of time running out is remarkable. I couldn't stop reading it. Definately a book worth staying home for.

Rating: 2 stars
Summary: A sappy, predictable, story using christmas as a backdrop
Review: This is the first Mary Higgins Clark book that I have read and it will probably be the last. It is a predictable story that reads much like a "made for T.V. movie". It is a quick read that requires a minimal amount of thinking. The characters are not developed, the plot is boring, and I disliked the use of a christmas theme to give the plot an overly emotional tone. Not a book I would reccommend unless the reader enjoys mindless novels
