Summary: A Very Challenging Mystery
Review: One fine summer day, Nancy and her two best friends George and Bess are taking a ride in Nancys' convertable. They soon pass a beautiful summer house. They watch it as they drive along the road. All the house brakes out in flames! Nancy stops the car and runs over to see if anyone who may have been inside was hurt. But on her way she finds a diary.
Nancy now has a few questions to answer:
1)Whos diary is this?
2)Did the person who owns the diary set the house on fire ?
3) If so, Who is he?

Summary: One of the BEST mystery stories I have ever read
Review: The story is about a teenage sleuth called Nancy Drew who is reputed in solving mysteries. It is amazing the way she takes risks and follows up clues with the help of her friends. Sometimes she lands up in very tight spots but manages to get out of them with great ease. Her friends help her along the way. This book is very well written. The story moves fast without unnecessary details. There is thrilling action and adventure, and the suspense continues throughout the story. The characters have also been well depicted. There are a lot of other books in this series that I like. All of the books are very popular. They are very interesting and entertaining and I enjoy reading them more than any other books. I would recommend this book to anyone who likes mystery and adventure

Summary: This book was very good.
Review: This book was a very good book. I enjoyed reading it, because you never know what will happen next. My favorite part was when the family members of another Nancy Drew named Nancy Smith Drew were found,so that she could go home. I would recomend this book to anyone who is under 12 years old and loves mysteries.

Summary: Exciting action, but also romantic.
Review: This is one of my favorite Nancy Drews. The plot itself is fun and there are moments of excitement, but what makes the book special is the beginning of Nancy's relationship with Ned, who becomes her steady boyfriend and adds romance (with some resistance from her) to many of the books.

Summary: Have You read The Clue in the diary yet?
Review: This review concerns the original 1932 edition and the revised edition published in the 1960's. Both books follow the same plot; although, the revised edition is slightly different from the original. While returning from a carnival, Nancy, George and Bess witness a large home suddenly burst into flames. Thinking that there may be someone trapped inside, the girls rush to the house to help. They are unable to enter the home because of the heat, but Nancy spots a man running away from the house and later finds a diary, written in Swedish, which contains numerous technical drawings. Did the man start the fire? Does the diary belong to him? And what became of Felix Raybolt, the owner if the home, who apparently has gone missing? Clues lead Nancy to suspect that the diary belongs to the husband of a poor woman that Nancy met at the carnival along with her little girl. Nancy becomes determined to prove that Joe Swenson didn't start the fire, but all of the clues she uncovers seem to suggest that he is guilty. Personally, I didn't find this book very good; there isn't much action, the mystery isn't very exciting and the book really lacks a true criminal. Thankfully, the writing style used in the book is rather enjoyable, so it keeps the book from being a complete waste of time. One thing to note about this book is that this is the volume where Nancy meets Ned Nickerson and oddly enough her first thought of him is that he is trying to steal her car! This book is worth reading for the writing, but its not likely that many fans of Nancy Drew will find this book to be one of their favorites.

Summary: The Clue in the Diary
Review: This story is about an 18-year-old girl named Nancy Drew who likes to solve mysteries. She usually solves her mysteries with her two best friends, Bess Marvin, a girl who loves to eat and George Fayne, a tomboy. While Nancy, George, and Bess were returning from a country carnival, they saw an explosion of a beautiful country mansion. Nancy and her friends were worried that people might be trapped in the mansion, so they went in to save them. While they were in the mansion, they found a diary lying on the floor. Nancy and her friends brought the diary home and found themselves a new mystery for them to solve. They're first clue was a diary. Its entries were in a writing that is very hard for them to decipher. There were also technical drawings and chemical formulas that were contained in the diary's pages. Would they solve the mystery? The question was answered when Nancy found out whom the diary belongs to.

Review: Titan blonde Nancy Drew has a real nak for getting involved in a mystery. When Foxy Felix's expensive estate explodes into a huge fire Nancy and her friends Bess and George naturally go and check out the burning house. When Nancy goes ahead around the other side of the burning estate looking for survivors she spots a strange and mysterious figure running away from the scene of the crime. She finds two clues at the scene one including a diary that is completely written in Sweedish. She gets in some real trouble and the only people who can help her are three friends and her dad.
I liked the Nancy Drew book The Clue in the Diary because it was a little slow in the begining but then got gradually into a real page turning book. I would stay up till 11:00 pm just reading this book it was so good. It really taught you the lesson what goes around comes around. I really reccomend this wonderful mystery to all!
