Summary: Finally,an X-wing book that doesn't suck.
Review: When Michael A. Stackpole wrote his X-wing series, the first 3 books were awesome. Then he publishes The Bacta War and I thought,it was the DUMBEST book ever thought of. Then Aaron Allston made this series interesting again by writing Wraith Squadron. To put it plain and simple, the characters are realisticly funny(Yub,yub)and the missions are better than all of the Rogue Squadrons put together.Don't waste your time reading the Michael Stackpole series, the better series is written by Aaron Allston.(By a long shot)

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Excellent action packed thriller with many plot twists.
Review: This book is intresting and is a continuation of the X-wing series by Michael A. Stackpole. I didnt think Aaron Alliston could do as good as him. I was wrong. The book exceeded my expectations and was gut wrenching at some parts and hilarious at others. This is an excellent book if you like Star Wars and i would suggest it to anyone.

Summary: This was the best X-Wing book yet!!!
Review: Like I said before this one is great. Not only does it have really cool x-wing fights but it has new ideas on the use f them not to mention the jokes are wonderful. "yub yub Commander" (read the book you'll understand)

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: One great book for all starwars fans to read
Review: I am a great Star Wars fan and i can tell you now that this book is worthy of the name of Star Wars. When I saw that the new X-Wing book wasn't about the Rogue Squadron characters I took it as an automatic downside. But now that i have read it, I think It is one of the best books I have ever read. The story line is so good, so intense and is action packed right to the rim that I am hanging out for the rest of the series.

Summary: Great, Humorous, Unworthy of the low stars others have given
Review: It was a great continuation of the series before it. It was very humorous throughout (all those pranks). The Crystal Deceiver scared me to death! It definitely is the most humourous Star Wars book (not too humorous to make it a joke book). However, the Imperials were doomed to lose from the beginning. I wish there had been a little more bad luck.

Summary: Aaron Alson continues the magic that Stackpole created
Review: In this book we are introduced to another renegade squadron created by the famous Wedge Antilles. A squadron who is to be an ace both in the sky, and on the ground. A great book, great new characters, and a reunion of a few older characters.... :)

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Great new characters continue the X-wing saga!
Review: Aaron Allston has created a great new team of subfighter jockeys to continue the X-wing story. His writing and voice is no less great than Michael Stackpole's. This is definitely a series worth continuing.

Summary: Could have been better...
Review: Wraith Squadron is a good but not very realistic. Some of its good points are there's a good mix between the flying and commando operations that the wraiths perform. There's even some espionage for those Bond fans out there. In doing this Aaron made a well rounded book. How ever during the fights there were hardly any injuries or fatalities. There was probably 10 or more. Only 2 Wraiths out of twelve died. compared to the other books in the series that would take a super miracle.other than the realistic fighting the book was okay how ever the ending was so great and it tended to be a little confusing a times.

Summary: Would have been better if not for the first four.
Review: Although Aaron Allston did a good job on this book, It wasn't even close to the quality of Stackpole's first four. Throughout the novel I constantly compared Stackpole's writing style to Allston's and, as a consequence, found myself missing Corran, Tycho, Mirax, and Stackpole's much broader vocabulary (Including his ability never to have the word "said" appear in his novels) Although I realized different authors shouldn't be compared in such ways, I guess I couldn't help it. So, if you don't mind making the transition from Rogues to Wraiths or from Stackpole to Allston, you'll have no trouble with this book. However, if different authors taking over have annoyed you in the past,(ex. KJA for BH in Darksaber,) you might want to skip to I, Jedi right now while you're waiting for the 8th X-Wing book.(which is going to be written by Stackpole)

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: Pretty good, just a little slow
Review: I thought this was a really good book, just too slow. Sometimes I would read a page and not understand a word they said. Other than that I thought it was really good.
