Review: I really enjoyed reading this original book. Its story is different from most others. The heroine's travels into Death and the descriptions of the different magics within the Old Kingdom are fascinating and unique. I highly recommend this book, and I hope the author writes a sequel.

Review: I first read this book as a Sophomore in high school and loved it. I bought it a few days after I finnished reading it. This is truly a great book. The imagery and characterization Nix uses to bring his characters and the setting to life is truly brilliant. This is a book for all ages!

Review: I first read this novel in high school and now a college student have recaptured it. This book is for more than young adults andin some cases would be more appropriate for those a bit more mature in order that all its complexities can be understood. It is a wonderful story and I highly recommend.

Summary: Sabriel is a gorgeously written fantasy
Review: Garth Nix is truly a master story teller. Sabriel is a blend of the highest fantasy and a thrilling romance. Readers can rejoice, and relate, to Nix's beautiful words which play out a coming of age story worthy to be on any library shelf. It is literally impossible to stop coming back to read more of this intoxicating novel. I wait in hope for Nix's sequel to Sabriel, and feel assured it will be as wonderful as the first.

Review: This book deserves at least 10 stars not five. It is the absolute best book I have ever read. It outshines all other fantasy books by far. The storyline, characters, world, etc. that were created for this book are completely believable. If you enjoy a good fantasy book then you will love Sabriel.

Review: Sabriel is a real fantasy, and wonderfully told. It's like mixing a Phillip Pullman book with Sephen King and Dean Koontz, except targeted toward a younger age group. This book should be made into a movie!

Review: This is one of the best books I have ever read. It is wonderfully written and had a very interesting plot. I couldn't put this book down. This book isn't for everyone. I know a lot of people who wouldn't like it but if you like fantasy and can handle some gruesome stuff it'll be an awesome book.
