Review: This story is about a boy nemed Little Willy. He lives with his Grandpa who is very sick. He finds out that Grandpa owes a lot of money for his taxes. He discovers a poster for a dog sled race. The winner will get $.... He uses his college money to pay for his entrance fee. Stone Fox, a tall, Indian, is expected to win the race. The race was very exciting. We enjoyed this book. We encourage you to read this touching story.

Review: The story I read was Stone Fox written by John Reynolds Gardinier. My favorite part was when they started the race and Willy was in the lead. In the end something sad happens. Because of this Stone Fox takes his gun and tells the other racers not to move or he shoots. I would recommend this book for kids older then six because anyone younger might not understand the book.

Review: I think the book Stone Fox by John Reynolds Gardiner was O.K. My favorite character is Search Light. I like Searchlight because he is a dog and he is cute. I liked the story until Searchlight died. After that I only thought it was O.K. The story takes place in Indiana. I learned that people can die from being worried. I never knew that people could even get sick from worrying. That's why I think the book Stone Fox is O.K.
