Review: This book will help a lot of confused people who have questions with life, religion and spirituality (that includes me!) I highly recommend it for anyone who is searching for answers.. and you meet a wonderful woman named Sylvia Browne along the way!

Review: I've read the book, I have all of her tapes and presently in the Gnostic Study Group which is so amazing the other books and tapes are quite exialterating and gives you a positive outlook on life that this is hell we live it, here to perfect our soul the other side is where it's "WELL order the tapes/Go to a "LECTURE in your AREA" once you become educated in this area you will feel such a sigh of relief and developed spiritually "WORDS CAN'T express it!!!! Don't stop there have Sylvia or her son Christopher do a reading they're both so on target I've had a reading from both of them simply "AMAZING"

Summary: LIFE CHANGING!
Review: Compared to the majority of the people who have read this book, I am probably considered quite young. In body, that is. Therefore, I am not even ABOUT to reveal my age, for fear I may not be taken seriously. This book has changed my life, and every aspect in it. It changed my views about death, outlook on life, and how I see myself. It gave answers to thousands of questions I -- and every other human -- searches their whole life to find, but rarely does. This wonderous book also helped me help others. I'm the friend everyone comes to to talk to, and this book has helped me save lives. If a friend is depressive, I hand them this book. If someone tells me about their suicide thoughts, I read them a section or tell them about it. Even if someone is simply haveing a self-esteem problem, or a little problem at home, this book helps me along the way. Or if someone simply wants some answers, I'm waiting in the wings. After saying this, I want to say that any person who doesn't appreciate this book is either too shallow to understand a word of it in the first place, or has such low self esteem and fear of life -- and THEMSELVES -- to appreciate a wonder like this. I pity people who don't appreciate this book, and I pray that they have something almost as sufficient to turn to when the going gets tough. And if they don't, I pray for them even harder.

Review: I just put down the book, I couldn't put it down. I read the entire book in one sitting. For a 19 year old male who dropped out of college, this is a gift. This book may perhaps change my life, along with the way I view a lot of things in this world. My outlook on people, along with the things that happen in my life and lives of around around me. This book is great for ANYONE. I believe that this book may turn my life into the direction that it should head in and the way I want it to head in. EXCELLENT BOOK.

Review: Dear Amazon.Com, In regards to your book reviewing and posting practices, it would seem as if someone there is auditing and removing pertinent words and comments related to a certain book. The Book I am referring to is "Adventures of a Psychic", by Sylvia Browne, it would seem someone is pilfering some of the text, with some of the less favorable reviews. (i.e.) There was a book review submitted in early May, in regards to the dislike of the "Pay Per View" forum to promote Sylvia Browne, as well as the dislike for the book, yet I noticed the word "Pay Per View" was deliberately removed from the review. This implying that it was solely the book and not, both the book and "Pay Per view" that was unfavorable. I don't understand why Amazon.Com would remove the word "Pay Per View" from this review, and then turn around and have numerous sales pitches for Sylvia's pay per view special allowed on your book reviewing forum. It was Amazon.Com that opened this forum up for comment about the pay per view special, thus allowing the door to be opened for comments. If they're allowed to comment then why wasn't I permitted to comment on it? or was because mine was negative? I have some serious reservations about the brazen biases with your book reviewing system. Why would you say on your web-site you accept good or bad reviews and then deliberately tamper with the unfavorable ones? This compromises the integrity of the book review, so if someone was to buy a book solely on the basis, that the reviews were good, then the public is being deceived by your company! I will be sure and let everyone I know to be aware of your foul play, on your book reviews, and warn everyone, that the real truths about someones opinion are not being accurately expressed! Maybe you should change your submitting rules to read, "Only some of these rules apply to some people only some of the time!". I don't know why you people would care one way or another, unless you have a financial agenda, that benefits you and Sylvia Browne, and her promoters. I will not be purchasing anymore books through amazon.com, as I feel I have lost a great deal of respect for your business dealings. Something stinks in Denmark and I plan on getting to the bottom of this situation, and I will appeal to Consumer affairs, The Better Business bureau, and who ever else regulates your business, or I will take this to the local media to have your company investigated, if this ever happens again with anyone else's book review.

BUT MOST OF ALL THE WONDERFUL KNOWLEDGE OF KNOWING THERE IS LIFE AFTER DEATH..IF ANYONE HAS DOUBTS, THEY JUST NEED TO READ. Summary: A bit on the melodramatic side
Review: I felt Sylvia Browne's Book "Adventures of a Psychic", was a bit on the melodramatic side. I couldn't find anything substantial about the life of, "Sylvia Browne", in fact I thought there was an awful lot of blaming the other person for all that went wrong in her life especially in the last chapter. I couldn't believe that anyone who claims to be such a tool for Gods good works could ever stoop so low, as to allow themselves to be promoted in this type of forum usually reserved for Movies, sports, and comedy specials, not spiritualists
