Summary: The Coon Dogs life
Review: I thought the book Sounder was interesting.It kept me guessing about the parts.Like when part of the jail had blowN up. I thought the dad wasn't going to survive.To my suprise he did. Then when he came home half paralized that really suprised me.After all the interesting parts and all the exitement it was good.Although the part I didn't like was when both Sounder and his master died.They could at least lived for anothor year together.Besides that I really liked the book.

Review: I liked the book but not loved it. The book was interesting. It really showed that you can acomplish anything you set your mind to.This book made me feel like it doesn't matter what race you are, we are all people in this world.The boy went to search for his father. I think that showed that he was very courageous because not everyone would have done that.It didn't feel like the mother believed in him much but I'm sure she did.What really suprised me was when Sounder came back. I didn't think he would survive. He must have been strong to survive being shot.He survived for a while, but I had a feeling he would die because hardly any dog, not even the strongest dog in the world would survive.Although his father died,I'm sure he will always be with them.Like I said,I liked the book. I wouldn't have changed a thing.

Review: I liked the book Sounder. It was a very cool book because sometimes it would be sad and then happy. I also liked it
because it shows you what a real dog acts like, that it will
try to help its master no matter what, and that dogs can be
good friends. They could also bark when bad people
are coming like the sheriff coming to take the father away.

Review: What I like about Sounder is that when the dog got shot because he tried to help the dad.The mom was very strong when the father was in jail.As the years went by he learned how to read.Thats why I like Sounder.

Review: I like book Sounder.It was very cool because it had a dog that would chase the raccoons around and around. He ran after its master on the wagon and got shot and didn't return until 2 months.

Review: I liked this book because it was very interesting, and sad. The family is really poor. So one day the dad steals food for the family then the father gets arrested and the dog tries to help the father. The dog gets shot. Then the dog runs away, gets healed and comes back. At the end the dad dies, then the dog.

Summary: The loudest dog in the world
Review: I kind of like it because it looked cool and looked a little bit iteresting and it sounded like this story was real. It had a little bit of action when the sheriff got to the home and put hand cuffs on his father's hand and took him away and the dog went to try and save him, but one of the sheriffs shot him in the ear and his ear ripped off. That's all that was cool. The boy got sad but some of the stories were kind of exciteing and some were boring.

Review: I loved the part were the red faced guy throws the piece of iron at the boy. I loved the adventure that the boy had the long journey he had.I loved the part were he disobeys his mother.

Review: I think it was a good book.There should be another book about Sounder.About what happened to sounder in the future,and to the boy and his family.The part that was sad for me is when the sheriff shot Sounder.I thought Sounder was going to die.

was when the father got out of jail and when Sounder came back to
the house.The children and the mother were excited because they had there family back together.The way it was before like when the father and Sounder were not even close to the house. They were far away.The mother and children were probably sad because there
family was apart.
