Summary: A Tribute to Cassie
Review: Cassie isn't a statistic, she was a real teenager with typical teenage issues. Although at the time of her death, Cassie was devoted to God, and loved and respected her parents, she wasn't always that way. Cassie's life was very complex and troubled. With hard work from her parents and herself, Cassie became every parents' dream, right up until the time she was murdered. This is a tragic story, and Cassie is only one of the victims of this terrible incident.

Summary: A story of a brave girl, not a hero...
Review: With all the evil in the world, I commend Cassie for taking a stand in her life and choosing to be "saved". We all know it's hard to be a teenager, harder for some more than others. This book is not a story just about if she was actually faced with the question to deny God or die, this book is a story about her life, and who she was. The truth is that she WAS faced with that question, and chose to accept the Lord into her life, and live eternally. You don't have to be a christian to appreciate this story, just compassionate. This family lost their child to a senseless act, and that's the story! This book isn't about "martyrdom", it's about a normal, everyday teenage girl, taken too soon.

Summary: A moving book
Review: This book was well worth the short amount of time it took to read. It is the moving story of Cassie Bernall as written by her mother, Misty. You will follow Cassie through the ups and downs of her teenage years. You will hear about how she accepted Christ and eventually gave her life for him. It is a very inspiring story. I would reccomend this book for any teenager.

Summary: Great book about the saving power of Christ Jesus
Review: This book is superb, and tells the compelling story of a girl unashamed of her faith in the Jesus Christ. It's quite telling of the few sad souls who have given this book 1 star. Their hatred of Christians and Christ's message clearly works as an acid on their heart, eating them alive from the inside. When they die, like all unbelievers, they will burn in Hell forever, in eternal separation from God, just like they demanded while they lived their sad lives out on Earth.

Summary: An inspirational true story
Review: She said yes, tells the story behind Cassie Bernall's answer to the question "do you believe in God" in the Columbine shooting. Misty, through honest and emotional language, tells the story of her daughter and her faith in God. She shows how Cassie once went down a path much like the shooters at Columbine and how her faith in God, and youth group friends, helped her become a better person. Misty uses stories from Cassie's friends and family to personalize the novel even further. I loved this book because it gave me a deeper understanding of what happened at Columbine. Cassie's story is a moving one. The question of her being a martyr still stands unanswered in my mind but I also know now that Cassie was a good person and a role model for all Christian teens. I just wish I could have met her before her death. I recommend this book not only to Christians, but to anyone that wants to know more about Columbine and why she said yes.

Summary: Great book
Review: Having lost an 18 year old daughter in a senseless triple fatality automobile acciedent last year, I could very much relate to Cassie's mother. It helped me tremendously to know her emotions. Misty was very honest to include her daughter's struggles as well as triumphs.

Summary: teen looking for truth
Review: hello, Like many teens I was looking for an answer, and answer about god. I wanted to know if he was real, I read most of this book I had not wanted to at first but my friend told me I had to. the book did not affect me until I saw a play at our babtist church put on by a collage. As I saw the man that played cassie's father start to loose his stength he had most his life. It really hit me that my life could end shortly. With the way I was going I could have ended up like mona her freind. But after seeing and reading the book and play it really hit me I HAVE to do more with my life as a christain. I could be the line for someone between life and death. Read this book and you will feel and know what the family felt.

Summary: Every mother who has a teen should read this
Review: I will suggest this book to anyone that has a teen-ager. My daughter read it first then gave it to me to read. We both agree it was an excellent book. If you think you know what your child is up to.... think again. Even if your a great parent with a great kid, you will still want to read this. I commend the mother for being so brave to share the facts with the world.

Summary: Great testimony!! Goooo Cassie!!
Review: This book is touching. A quick one sitting read. Cassie's act of martyrdom has touched thousands of lives of young people. Her death has been the cause of many many people finding Christ. If she had lived to be 100 years old; she could not have been a more effective witness than she was that fateful morning.. A gripping story.
