Summary: WOW! A great self-help book that really shows you how.
Review: This is a good book...it gets right down to giving you lots of specific information about WHAT TO DO to get what you want. Platitudes and positive thinking are one thing...but when it gets to the bottom line, this woman inspires you to get started and then gives you a whole program to follow. Good solid stuff, interspersed with moving true stories from clients. A great way to have one of the best coaches in the business... just get this book and do it!

Review: I received my copy of Cheryl's book around 3pm yesterday and I finished it about 5am this morning. I couldn't put it down so I just said "I'm taking time for myself" to read it. It's a must read for everyone! I laughed and cried at the same time as I turned the pages. I found "me" in so many of her clients and realized I'm not the only one who burns/burnt the candle at both ends. With this book, Cheryl gives real meaning to "food for thought". It's like having nourishment for your starving soul.

Review: Excellent book for anyone looking to learn more about Coaching or just looking for simple answers for creating a better life. Cheryl has a warm and caring writing style. Her experience comes through as she relates the concepts with real-life client stories. The References section at the end of each chapter make this book an Excellent addition to anyone's library. Summary: Selfish is a dirty word
Review: Ms. Richardson misses the essence of life. Our highest calling is to the service of our God, our spouse, our children, our family, our friends, and our communities. If we focus our energies on these priorities, our lives will enrich others, and consequently, ourselves. Isn't our world already filled with enough self-centered, self-righteous, and self-absorbed people? What we need is to balance our lives with a focus on giving, not just receiving; serving, not self promotion; and, loving others, not just pleasing ourselves. If you're really looking for a personal coach, try praying -it's a lot more effective and you'll get real answers from the Coach of life. Why settle for a mediocre coach in your life when you can have a World Class Champion coach. This book is too "new age", simple, and too world view. Instead of ending with a spiritual foundation, we need to start with one.
