Summary: Wow! I couldn't put this down.
Review: What an interesting book. I was impressed with the style, and I really felt I was there watching everything that was happening. The main character had a tough life; and I believe everything that happened to her, really happens to people. It wasn't hard to believe. She has true strength; and she pulled herself up. I really am glad I bought the book, and I look forward to reading more of Wally Lamb's stories. Thank you.

Summary: ABSOLUTELY THE BEST BOOK I'VE EVER READ!!
Review: Once I started, I could not put this book down. Wally Lamb is a genius at creating tragically realistic characters. I still think about Dolores from time to time and actually miss her.

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: I can't believe this book was written by a man.
Review: Normally I avoid reading books by male authors when the protagonist is a woman. For example, I found "Smila's Sense of Snow" completely lacking in emotion and woman's sensibility. It made the woman protagonist completely unbelievable to me. But in "She's Come Undone," Wally Lamb does an incredible job of getting into the head and heart of a woman.

I really enjoyed this book, and especially had fun with the 60's, 70's and 80's details. Like Forrest Gump, it touched on all the nuances I remember from growing up in those decades. I can't wait to read his next book.

Summary: I loved this book.
Review: I found this book at a thrift store for seventy cents and figured, What the heck? I'll get around to it someday. Once I started reading it I could not put this book down. I usually spend weeks on one book and have to force myself to finish it; I breezed through this book in five days because I cared so much Delores. This book was truly fantastic. I look forward to reading anything else by Mr. Lamb.

Summary: EXCELLENT BOOK. I COULDN'T PUT IT DOWN!!
Review: SINCE I HAVE HAD A WEIGHT PROBLEM FOR THE LAST 20 YEARS OR SO, I CAN RELATE TO DELORES. IT IS SO EASY TO HIDE BEHIND FOOD. CONGRATULATIONS TO WALLY LAMB!! A BOOK WELL WRITTEN!!

Summary: What an extraordinary book!
Review: What an extraordinary book! Wally Lamb really understands the female mind (right down to the enjoyment of food on the tongue.) I laughed at Doleres' ever present sense of humor and cried with her traumas.

Summary: My life stood still until I finished reading this book
Review: I could not put the book down, I had to find out what insane thing Delores would do next! This book is truly great.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: This has been the best book I have read and a long time.
Review: As I said, this has been one of the best books I have read in a lng time. The realism of the characters is unbelievable. Wally Lamb brings you into his work of art by gripping your emotions. I have to admit that I actually cried while reading this book. It has a spiritual content as well. I truly can say that I fell in love with this book.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Well written story of real life characters.
Review: This was the first of Oprah's selections that I actually liked!! Wally Lamb manages to capture the true flavor of human suffering, triumph and feeling in a story that is fantastic in that it tells us so much about the characters through such mundane activities as watching t.v. or eating a meal. I really felt like I knew Dolores by the end of the book and felt she had really come full circle, etching out a life for herself that was by no means perfect, but certainly the best she had ever experienced. A real story of hope no matter what. I loved it and will recommend it to friends.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Wally Lamb is an author I would reccomend to anyone.
Review: I fell in love with every one of the characters in this beautifully written novel. He has such a way with people-no matter what you thought before you read this-you will be surprised. When I finished this book, I cried. Not because of the ending, but because it was over. Also, read I Know This Much Is True. Exellent. Excellent.
