Rating: Summary: Bunnicula Review: In Bunnicula it is a stormy night and Harold sees something white and little. He goes out there and finds a bunny with fangs. I like this because it is scary. Find out more about the book.
Rating: Summary: Bunnicula Review: i like the book Bunnicula because they think he is a vampire and he is not. It is a good book. You should read it.
Rating: Summary: A fun book about tolerance Review: I am a nine-year-old fourth grader named Kayla, who loves to read books about animals. In Bunnicula, the dog, Harold, tells a wonderful story of the Minroes, a bunny, and a cat. The Minroes find a bunny in a movie and named it Bunnicula. The Minroes cat, Chester, goes crazy and thinks the bunny is a vampire. I don't want to tell the whole story to you, but I will tell you how and why it moved me. It taught me to treat other people or animals that look or act differently the way I want to be treated. In Bunnicula Chester tries to hurt a poor little bunny because he thought the bunny was different. It also inspired me to get animals I may not like for a pet and get used to them, because the Minroes take in an animal and learn how to take care of it. This book reminds me of when I was three and thought my dog was a vampire because his K9 teeth looked like vampire fangs. When I got this book I thought it was going to be boring, like some other books I have read, but when I read it I loved it because it was funny and sad. I would rate this book with five gold stars. This is a fun book for anyone who likes jokes, adventure, and drama. This book was great. Hope you enjoy it.
Rating: Summary: Charming book! Review: This unique book, told in the POV of Harold the dog, tells of his misadventures with Chester, the cat who reads. When they take home a white bunny from the movie (ironically, they were watching "Dracula.") and they decide to name it Bunnicula. Chester, ever the intelligent cat, suspects that Bunnicula is the culprit when he finds a white tomato, sucked dry, and he goes to great lengths to stop Bunnicula before he strikes again. A charming, witty fluffernutter that I enjoyed reading.
Rating: Summary: Mystery Bunny On The Loose Review: I think peope of all ages would like this book, because the author writes in a way that once you start reading its hard to stop. It's sort of a funny mystery, but it's sort of scary. All the attemps to catch the so called vampire bunny, crack me up.When the rabbit first turned the vegetables white,it freaked me out.I've read the book two times. If you like stories you can get into,Bunnicula would interest you.I guarantee once you read it you will want to read it again.
Rating: Summary: Bunnicula Review: This book about a dog. Harold tell's the story about his family and his friends. His friend Chester is a cat but Chester wasn't to kind to visitors. He thought Bunnicula wasa vampire although It was a bunny. Is Bunnicula really a vampire I love this book if I could read It again I would. I like it alot.
Rating: Summary: Humor and style Review: I first read this book in fifth grade, and since that time (some twenty years) I have been persuading every person I know to read it. This is the book that first convinced me that HOW a book is written can be just as much fun as the story itself. Bizarre plot notwithstanding, this little book is brilliantly written and laugh-out-loud funny. It is one of two books that inspired me to become an author, and I absolutely treasure it. A must-read for kids of all ages!
Rating: Summary: October delight! Review: I use this novel in my fourth grade classroom, and the kids love it! It is interesting and funny -- many of them read ahead. The vocabulary is challenging for 4th grade, but the action is exciting and the kids enjoy predicting what will happen next!
Rating: Summary: Today vegies tomorow the WORLD Review: It's histarical! A kiler bunny that turn vegies into white vegies. Cheaster is probbly my fav. charictor because hes smart and well curiuse. But you know what they say curiosity killed the cat!
Rating: Summary: Bunnicula, a cute and strange rabbit Review: I thought this was a great and funny book for kids under 13. The story is told by the Monroe's family dog, Harold and is about the bunny the family finds in a movie theater. After the vegetables turning white, the family cat belives the bunny to be a vampire. It is strange and has a good ending. I recommend it to children 4-13.
