Summary: Must have more books like this
Review: We must have more books like this...Chicken Soup for the Pet Lover's Soul proves what I've known all my life...animals are such an important part of peoples' lives, and as humans, we would be a much happier, more loving race if we would watch, listen, and learn from them. I plan to buy several copies for friends and family, and one for my local library, so everyone can enjoy the wonder of animals in our lives. I would like to see this book as part of the Oprah Winfrey book club!

Summary: By far, the best pet book of all time
Review: I loved this book, it made me laugh and cry. Sometimes I did not know which was which. As I read this book I had my dog laying next to me and one of my cats on my shoulders and the other on my stomach. Anyone who loves anamals should read this book!!!!

Review: After reading this book, I now hug and love my dogs and cats alittle bit more. This book reminded me just how much they give and enrich my life and how little they expect in return.Maybe if everybody read this book, then maybe animal shelters would be a thing of the past.

Review: This is the first book I have read in the Chicken Soup Series & now I am hooked!! I can not wait to see "a second helping" of this pet lovers book. I am now starting to read the series from the very 1st book. I can't seem to put it down. I even read the book while I am @ work.

Review: When you read this book it will make cry, laugh, and bring much joy to your heart. It's so amazing to read this book and see all the kind and loving things that animals do for people. It makes you want to go out and buy everykind of animal they mentioned in the book. Review: Best book I've read in a long time. I couldn't put it down. Makes me realize the unconditional love my two dogs give me everytime I walk through the door. I would recommend this book to anyone.

Review: I would have read it faster, but it's so hard to read through tears. It made me appreciate my dog so much more and gave me a slight comprehension of the power animals have over humans.

Summary: The perfect book for any age who loves animals!
Review: This book made me laugh,cry, and really feel just how much animals affect humans' lives. This book was finely written and has some of the most heart-warming stories. I have read every book by the Chicken Soup series ( cherishing each one ) and this one is my favorite. Perhaps it is because I love animals so much, but I really believe any person who takes the time to read this will love it, too.

Summary: CHICKEN soup?
Review: While this book is wonderful, has anyone noticed the inconsistency in calling a book for animal lovers "chicken soup"? How can we claim to love animals but think that eating them (in the form of soup or anything else) is okay? I would have given this book a higher rating if not for this glaring inconsistency.
