Summary: Meditate the Easy Way
Review: A friend gave me this tape. I never thought it would work. I have lots of trouble relaxing. But Joyce's voice is soothing and the harp music is great - not at all distracting. So, I have actually been able to meditate and calm down. Something I didnt' think possible.
