Review: Bought the tapes, got an A in the class. Does a tremendous job of covering the present possessory estates, future interests and does a good job of explaining the Rule Against Perpetuities (USRAP and RAP reform). These tapes will give students the critical elements of the course.
Obviously, they are not a universal band-aid for actual reading of the material, but if you have a lame professor these tapes may help you.
