Summary: Enlightening
Review: I have to admit as I was reading through the book I was swept away into feeling what the writer was revealing....and then an awful thing happened~ My husband read ahead and told me that the book was labeled fiction. ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, anyhow, I had to get back into fiction mode and realized just how much more talented this guy really is. I am now reading 'Crossing Over' which I love better because he reveals real stories. I love his style of writing, ...it's like J.D. Salinger, I am there listening to him talking to me!! (...)

Summary: John Edward is an awsome person
Review: I just got What If God Was The Sun for Christmas and I am half way through it and can not put it down.Even though John says it is fictional I already found alot of names and things that are connected to John himself, but if this is how he wanted to write the book then I say go right ahead John your awsome no matter what.I am on chapter four of this book. I have read One Last Time, Crossing over with John Edward Stories behind the Stories, and Afterlife and now If God was the Sun.Every book that I have read gets better and better John is just an amazing person.I also have two of his cds and he helps me get through my meditation.I record Crossing over With John Edward when I am at work and when I am home I watch it.I just love the show its amazing and John is just an amazing person.
People out there that call him "fake" and tell lies about his family should be ashamed of themselves. What has John done to you personally? We are not here to judge anyone, and call people names just because we dont know about that person and yes I did say person John has feelings, just because God blessed him with an amazing talent who are these "skeptics"like john likes to call them, who are they to knock him.He doesn't knock anyone else or their talents so I think you should back off.

If anyone hasn't read this book it awsome.I recomand this to anyone who is a John Edward fan or who just needs to know there are people out there that are going through the same thing that you are going through.

Review: I love John's other two books, but this was simply unreadable.

Summary: Very Touching and Emotional
Review: I ordered this book, as I am a huge fan of John Edward and have read all his other books. This was his first novel and I have NEVER read a book so emotional and so touching as this one. I have read it time and again, when I lose sight of the many gifts in my life. It has opened up a part of me that I had closed off many years ago. I highly recommend this book! If you have ever lost someone dear to you, this is the book you are looking for!!

Summary: Good book
Review: I read this book cover-to-cover-non-stop in one night. It made me smile, laugh, and cry. I don't want to say too much to give away the story but it takes a look at love, family, and grief through the eyes one man from his childhood until old age. At first I thought it was a true story about the pyschic medium, John Edward, (hello...hence the word NOVEL...meaning...FICTION). If you're someone who isn't really into the "psychic stuff," this book doesn't focus on that sort of thing. It is more about how one family deals with losing their loved ones. It does provide some interesting ways of explaining God, dying, and the grief process to children. It was excellent. I could not put it down..except to go get tissues.

Summary: Absolutely Fantastic!
Review: I read this book in a little over 2 hours ... I simply could not put it down. Anyone who has lost someone dear to them needs to read this book. John Edward drives home the point that our lives here on Earth are temporary and we'll all be together again in the Afterlife. It's a very comforting, albeit short, novel that warms the heart and assures the reader that our departed loved ones are still with us, watching over us. Although the story itself was simple, I found myself smiling a lot while reading it. Many of the instances proving life-after-death rang true to me, i.e., feeling a tap on the shoulder soon after the death of a loved one. That happened to my sister-in-law about 5 mins. after my father-in-law died in his hospital bed.

I ordered this book for my best friend who recently lost her husband. She's not a "believer" in psychics, but I'm confident she'll enjoy this book since it's a novel and not the typical "psychic reading" book. John Edward is the best! So, buy this book for a quick, warm & fuzzy read!

Summary: This is a great read!!
Review: I read this book through the course of a day. I loved this book and it is a great help for those who have lost someone special or someone dealing with the death of a loved one. I have dealt with a few close deaths, but my Dad was the hardest. This book helped me to identify with some experiences I have dealt with since the death of my Dad and aunt. If you have lost someone close and wonder where they are or how they are, this is a great read.
