Summary: Great book, much better than the TV movie.
Review: This is a great techno-thriller where a Deputy Director of the FBI is assassinated. World-wide computer terrorists try to confuse the good guys and assassins run loose.

The TV movie almost kept me from buying the book. Fortunately the old cliche "the book is better than the movie" is true here.

Summary: WELL, OK
Review: This book, is a good book if you have time to read it. But if you don't have the time don't read it. It's fun for internet freaks. It's a great book but Clancy didn't right this, the other guy did.

IF YOU WANT TO!

IF YOU DON'T HAVE THE TIME READ RAINBOW SIX OR WITHOUT REMORSE!

Summary: Confusing, somewhat enjoyable, I think!
Review: This was one of Clancy's difficult books to read. I had a hard time keeping up. His characters were so mixed. I enjoyed parts, but got lost in many. I think maybe I should try reading it again when I have absolutely nothing else to do.

Summary: My opinion: This book is at best, technically naive.
Review: In my opinion, the story line of this book is ruined by the "Virtual Reality" episodes. I find preposterous the idea that hackers are going to sabotage systems via a VR interface where they are snipers and the systems are represented by enemy troops. The idea and concept here is lame. I have read other Clancy books that I thought to be quite good. I am disappointed in this effort.

Summary: Wow! A good book
Review: This was one of those books that I couldn't put down. I was disappointed at some of the gramatical errors. Im not an English teacher or anything but I found them annoying. I thought it was hilarious the way Clancy attempted to talk "teen talk". he seems clueless. Overall, though it was an excellent book that i enjoyed thouroughly.

Summary: In a word - Boring!!!
Review: Mr. Clancy would do well to carefully consider to whom he lends his name. This has got to be one of the worst efforts yet. I had trouble staying awake during the tv mini-series which resembled the novel in name only. The book was much worse. I would not recommend this book to anyone.

Summary: Clancy should stick to material that he knows. Write alone.
Review: Tom Clancy is a great author. His skill is walking a reader through the details of a story that the reader might not be able to find out on his or her own. When Clancy writes on his own he achieves this goal. I can't believe that he has run out of fictional ideas.

Summary: Good Book if you understand technology
Review: I really liked this book because I like technology and understand it. I found the plot to be good as well. I'm really suprised at all the people who are slamming this book. However I must say that if you don't understand the internet it may not be interesting to you.

Summary: What a great book...
Review: I really enjoyed this book because it just made me laugh at how the "kids" talk in it and i don't think that was what Clancy was going for. I really enjoyed the story line and it was the kind of boox that you didn't want to stop reading but i think true Clancy fans would be disapointed, Its sort of like me listening to Metallica, The first time i heard them was their newer stuff, i fell in love with them rite then, after that i heard there old stuff and now the songs that i fell in love with i hate and i only listen to the older stuff.

Summary: Computers are the new superpowers in the year, 2010.
Review: Net Force is the story of a Net Force director who is assassinated by cyber terrorists. Alex Michaels becomes director and is thrust into one of the most dangerous missions ever. Michaels and his team of Net Force agents must find out who is responsible and what they have to gain.
