Rating: Summary: I think the B.F.G. is a very marvelous, wonderful book. Review: The B.F.G. is a very nice book because it shows how it feels when you are made fun of because you're smaller than they are. I also like it because, in most books, all giants are bad but in this book one is nice. I think this book would make a very good TV show! I also like it because of the wonderful pictures. Rating: Summary: BFG = Book oF Greatness Review: I loved the book The BFG,
I chose it over cable T.V.
The words in the story just tickled me pink,
After a while it made me think,
I'm glad Roald Dahl wrote this story,
If you read it, you won't be sorry.
Action-packed, and full of laughter,
I was splitting my sides just right after.
Page after page, I was stuck in the book,
And if you ask me its better than it looks.
I'm happy I found The Big Friendly Giant,
To read it again, I wouldn't mind it!

Rating: Summary: This book is cool Review: I read this in 6th grade. It is one of my favorite books. One night Sophie hears something outside and looks out the window. She sees a gaint. The gaints name is the BFG (the big friendly gaint) The BFG takes her to Gaint Country, where he lives . By the way there are nine other man eating gaints, but the BFG isn't one of them. Sophie and the BFG think up a plan to get rid of the other gaints. To find out what happens to the gaints you will have to read the book. I strongly recommend this book
Rating: Summary: Awesome Book! Review: Do you live in a land of fantasy? I sure do! If you love new and amazing places and a little humor mixed in, you will love this book. I sure enjoyed it! This book is my favorite book writen by Roald Dahl
Rating: Summary: I Read this in the 5th grade Review: After reading this book, I felt like there are always nice people out there that you never know about until you actually get to know them. I really enjoyed this book and I would reccommend it to any young reader
Rating: Summary: This is a funny, quirky, sensible, non-sensical book! Review: My daughter and I read this book together. The story of Sophie who is an orphan but is not pitiful who meets a giant who is tremendous but not bullyish ranges from hysterically funny (when the giant explains about whizpoppers) to quietly humorous (when the Bfg is describing the reason for his loneliness). The book makes the characters come alive and yet makes it plain that these are "just pretend" people so you can enjoy every part of the story. My daughter was six years old when we read it first and I would strongly recommend this as a book to read aloud to your child
Rating: Summary: Why I like this book. Review: Roald Dahl is the best author I know of. The BFG is a great book. It is about an orphan named Sophy. One night she can't sleep so she gets up and looks out the window and sees a giant. The giant sees her and he knows that she'll tell every one about him so he takes her back to his cave in giant land. To find out what will happen and what the BFG means you'll have to read this wonderful book
Rating: Summary: This book was great !!!!! Review: This book was very amusing and always kept me on the edge of my seat. It had very good vocabulary and also had some words that didn't make sense. I would recomend this book to any of the Roald Dahl fans. This was one of his best books
Rating: Summary: I enjoyed this story and recommend it to kids everywhere!!! Review: Jumpin' "Whizpoppers"! This delightful Roald Dahl story was fun to read. I enjoyed the main idea of the book. It was hillarious. This story is about a young orphan who gets taken away by a giant---yes, a giant---a.k.a. The BFG. He is a Big Friendly Giant and he takes the girl to his home. There he explains that the bad giants snach up kids and eat them. This story was exciting and "scrumdidliumpcious"! Some of the words in this story were a little on the wierd side and kinda' hard to read, so I don't think children under 9 should read it. I enjoyed this book. Even adults will love reading this wonderful story
