Review: Though this was not one of Dahl's best, in my opinion, it isstill a great read. We've all heard of huge nasty, nose picking giantswho terrify people and fall down beanstalks, but no one has ever thought that there could be a friendly giant. Think of all the possibilities of having a gigantic man on your side, and in the hands of Roald Dahl, there's no reason this book can't become a classic. Read it.

Review: this book was funny, and made sense unlike some books i've read. i'd reccomend it for all ages. one of daul's best books. another thing i like about it is, it keeps you awake, and you want to read more.

Summary: Perfect for reading in an airplane
Review: This book is about a girl called Sophie. A big, friendly giant (the BFG) grabs her out of her bed. Then the giant takes Sophie to his cave and that's when they start to get to know each other. They talk about what the giant eats and more. The BFG tells Sophie that the other giants eat people but that he was the one who caught the dreams so the kids could dream. I liked the book a lot. I'd give it five stars. The more you read it, the better it gets. Perfect for reading in an airplane or just for fun. I recommend it.

Review: I really liked how Dahl used his imagination mixed in with real life! Iliked it when the big giants came! That was kind of cool. I would think most children would love this book because of the giant, I know I did!

A book, I myself could read over and over. It's truely an amazing book for readers of all ages. This book shows the marvelous talent of Rhoald Dahl. A booked to be enjoyed by all generations.

Review: I read the BFG when I was about 9 and I loved it!I think that Roald Dahl was the best children's book writer because the first book I read by myself was James and the Giant Peach and his other books inspired me to write and read more! Read The BFG, or any other Roald Dahl Book because they will inspire you like they did me!

Review: This book is the best. I really enjoyed reading it. Once I started reading it I felt like I was the little girl. I wouldn't put the book down. When I started the first or second chapter I started to get excited and wonder what would happen next! If you enjoy fantasy and enjoy Roald Dahl books you will just love this book. I have read a lot of Roald Dahl books and I think this is his best! If you are 9-12 you will really love this book. I liked it so much I wanted to hog it all to myself!!

Review: This is a good book for all ages. I read this book to my grandmother and she liked it a lot. I think that Roald Dahl must be very creative to come up with the wonderful words in the BFG. The character of the BFG as a very funny dialect. This book is a great read aloud. This is really good and you should read it!!!!!

Review: I am thirteen years old and I recently bought this book because I fell in love with it when I first heard it when I was nine. It is about an orphan girl (Sophie) and Her run in with the BFG. It is a very funny book and my personal favorite is Chapter 10 which in my opinion is the rudest, yet funniest chapter in the book. You will have to read it to find out why.
