Rating: ![1 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-1-0.gif) Summary: The love of money is the root of all drivel Review: Paul knew it, Anton LaVey knew it, and L. Ron Hubbard knew it.... simplistic spirituality wrapped in a anti-dominant-culture stance to make it look new, bold, and innovative has always been catnip to those unfortunate folks who just can't restrain themselves from believing in tooth fairies. This book is a signpost along the road that the New Age has taken from being primarily the realm of well-meaning but gullible hippies to being primarily a capitalist concern for busy yuppies who want their inner life, like their vitamin C and their fiber, in a pill.Unlike vitamin C and fiber, this contrived (though emotionally manipulative) plot speckled with forgettable characters and those nine brilliant insights that read like one of your better fortune cookies won't actually do you any good.
Rating: ![1 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-1-0.gif) Summary: Absolute drivel Review: A bunch of new-age "insights" wrapped up in a hokey adventure story, and poorly written to boot. I never quit a book once I've started, but I just couldn't go on. I quit around the seventh so-called "insight." This book was absolutely awful, an insult to any intelligent human being. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, least of all the more impressionable among us. Do yourself a favor and skip it.
Rating: ![3 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-3-0.gif) Summary: And now a book by a female author! Review: I did not think I would find much better than Celestine Prophecy (and I also read Conversations with God)... BUT THEN see the reviews of Where Heavens Meet (authoress - k.t. Frankovich) where one post compares it to both Celestine Prohecy and Concersations with God and a number of other best sellers in this Genre!
Rating: ![3 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-3-0.gif) Summary: Useful introduction, but somewhat immature and repetitive Review: This book is a good introduction to Jungian psychology, cosmic evolution, and mystical awareness. The writing is perhaps immature and repetative. There is also, I believe, a technical flaw in the premise that increased molecular vibrations cause bodies (i.e. matter) to become lighter. If anything, increased vibrational energy on the molecular level implies higher temperature, and on the subatomic level, greater mass. For those interested in a treatment consistant with our present state of scientific knowledge I would recommend 'The Pharaoh's Son' by Michael J. Dahl.
Rating: ![3 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-3-0.gif) Summary: OK writing, but a good message Review: This books purpose is not to amaze you with great writing, or a great storline. Its all about getting a message out. The book has some very good ideas on how to treat people and how to have control over your life. Some of it is a litte lame but I'm sure that everyone could get something positive out of the "lessons". It really has changed the way I treat other peeople, the way I present myself, and my relationships. Its a short and easy read so please give it a chance.

Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: Writen for adults and children Review: I love the thoughts in this book. I do think we are destined to evolve somehow, as it is a law of nature. I dont know if this where we are going. But, I love the way that this book makes you think. I thought the plot was very simplistic, but it is written in a way that can reach the most people. Easy read, suitable content for any level. Full of wonder, if you can open yourself to it, wonder that will come back to long after you have put the book down. Everytime someone looks familiar to me, everytime I experience dejavue, when I contemplate the moon or think anything beautiful, everytime Syncronicity hits my life, I think of this book.

Between work and busy life style, I finished it in one week. My life is changed forever! Salute to the gifted author who changes people's life for their highest good. I am certain where I'm heading compared to where I was in 1999. Thank you, James Redfield! For those others who have hazy future or even wondered if you're there or not, just try this book. It has amazing Insights which may guide you in your spiritural journey. I went straight to the Tenth Insight, if you know what I mean.
Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: I couldn't put it down! Review: I recommend the Celestine Prophecy to everyone. The books has changed many of my views about life. Even if you don't believe anything it says, the story is good. After reading this I wanted to buy 100 copies and distribute them to everyone I know.
Rating: ![2 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-2-0.gif) Summary: Fiction - cliché - Predictible Review: I can not recommend this book for anything other than a 'light read'. The general plot of a main character's journey to discover nine insights is good... BUT from the discovery of the second insight on, you know the rest of the book. This is in the 'I could read it' category.
