Summary: Mystery At Lilac Inn
Review: This book is the best I've read so far. I like inns, and I think the plot of this mystery was great! I don't know what other book could beat this one. Actually, I think this book is the best in the series. I highly reccomend this book for any Nancy Drew fan.

Summary: THE BEST EVER
Review: This book is the best Nancy Drew book I've ever read. I've read twenty-something Nancy Drew books and this is the best. It kept me in suspence until my parents told me " Turn that light off! It's midnight!". Nancy cheats death; as if she never has!

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: I have read this book twice and I still want to read it!

Summary: Bravo!
Review: This book is very intriguing. Don't be surprised if you want to turn your eyes on turbo speed and your fingers just can't turn the pages quickly enough. I am a HUGE Nancy Drew fan and I very much did enjoy this book. The reason I gave it four stars is because I have read better Nancy Drew books. Above this all, this is a wonderful book (and well worth your money)

Summary: Once you begin, you won't forget the mystery at Lilac Inn.
Review: This novel was very well written. This novel sends you through a journey to figure out the mystery. Nancy Drew and her friend, Helen, are on their way to visit their friend, Emily, at Lilac Inn. Strange things begin to happen; Nancy's cottage at Lilac Inn blows up, jewels and tools are stolen, and many strange noises are heard by the visitors at Lilac Inn. Nancy's charge plate is missing and she feels that someone is trying to impersonate her. There is somebody out there who is trying to put Nancy Drew in danger and its your job to figure out who is causing all the trouble at Lilac Inn!

Summary: A Suspencful Mystery
Review: This review concerns both the original 1930 edition and the revised 1961 edition, which is the one commonly found in new book stores. Both editions involve the theft of valuable jewels which belong to Nancy's friend Emily from a place called Lilac Inn; however, that is pretty much where similarity between the two books ends. In the original edition, Lilac Inn is a restaurant where Emily's guardian, Mrs. Willoughby, goes to have lunch while in possession of Emily's jewels. After the jewels are stolen from Mrs. Willoughby, the police begin to suspect that she was involved in the theft. Nancy and Emily believe in Mrs. Willoughby's innocence and Nancy sets out to find the real thief. With the revised edition, Lilac Inn is an inn owned by Emily and her fiance. The jewels are stolen during a dinner party where Mrs. Willoughby (who is Emily's aunt in this edition) was going to present Emily with the jewels. Also Nancy has a look-a-like who is going around town causing all sorts of trouble. Both editions are excellent books and because they are both distinct stories, you could read them both and not feel like you know exactly how the second one will turn out. Both books had plenty of action and had good endings. Personally, I prefered the original, but they are both interesting books. Read them both if you can, you won't be disappointed with either one.

Summary: It was one of my favorite books.
Review: This was one of my favorite books because someone started impersonating Nancy. Nancy was trying to solve a mystery for her friend Emily. Strange things have been happening including Emily's diamonds being stolen and a weird ghost that appears at night. If you would like to find out what happens you need to get this book because it is one of my favorite books yet. = }

Summary: One of my Favorites!
Review: This was one of the first Nancy Drews I read about 4 or 5 years ago when I was in about 4th grade. It was (of course) the revised version from the 80's. Later, I ended up owning my own original copy, realized how different it was, and loved it even more. And the illustrations are beautiful! And Applewood did a great job of reproducing the books...all the repros I've seen are just like mine! They're definitley worth the extra cash!
