Summary: Mia Thermopolis.........
Review: This is the BEST book!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!The movie was awesome to!!!

So,what happens:
Mia Theropolis thought she was just an ordinary girl in 9th grade(Well,at least a geeky dork in 9th grade).Well,All that is about to change..........It turns out Mia's dad is THE PRINCE OF GENOVIA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!So,with Mia being the ONLY heir to the throne,it looks like things are about to change for Mia..........

Well,as things change for Mia,it makes the book better and better,(like "princess lessons!")

I LOVED this book beacause you feel like you are right inside Mia's head, reading her every thought...

Summary: OBSCENE!!!
Review: My eight year old sister bought this book, thinking that it had SOME relationship with the movie she liked so much. She read it very quickly, so I read it myself, on the offchance an older reader might enjoy it. I was appalled. Within the first two chapters, this book discusses sex, testicular cancer, and it actually describes the main character remembering finding her mother's diaphragm in the shower. Throughout this entire book (I find myself hesitating to call this piece of trash a book, by the way) are vulgar references to sex and the main character's sexual feelings, thoughts and fantasies. This book does not deserve to be on bookstore shelves masquerading as a book for young readers.

Summary: A good book for girls.
Review: This book is alright. Mia is a typical girl with an average life until her father lets her know she's a princess. The book is a lot better than the movie.

Summary: I Am SO Not a Princess!
Review: This is a wonderful story of Mia Thermopolis, a girl who just wants to survive high school but finds out she's really a princess. Told through her journal entries, it is the story of a typical teenage girl with the usual problems: failing algebra, a crush on the cutest guy in school, and her mom dating her algebra teacher! Then, her father and her grandmother visit, and surprise her with the news that she is the Princess of Genovia, and must ready herself to eventually lead the small country! Mia struggles through "Princess" lessons, journalists tailing her every move, and a fight with her best friend.
This is a great story, great for girls of any age who have dreamed of being a princess, and who secretly think they already are.

Summary: I totally recomend this book!
Review: The Princess Diaries is (as it says on the back cover) a great story for reluctant readers. I really like the movie but the book adds extras too. I can't wait to read A princess in the Spotlight!

Summary: Must-Have!
Review: It's a book that I couldn't put down. The Princess Diaries, by Meg Cabot, is totally different from the movie. The book has it's little quirks like, what she's really thinking inside. The movie was somewhat different, but both were really great. I could really relate to Mia Thermopolis (pertaining to the book), so I guess that's what made me like it even more. This book is a total must-have in your collection. I can't wait until part two comes out in paperback.^_^

Summary: Excellent Book! For everyone!
Review: The book follows the basic line of the movie but it takes place in New York instead of San Francisco and the Josh kiss happens at a dance, not at the beach. I read the book before the movie and really enjoyed both. It's a great happy book.

Summary: Absolutely Hillarious!
Review: This is such a funny story that young adults will enjoy, but it has some language that would make it better for mature readers.

Summary: A Letter From A Friend
Review: The book, Princess Diaries, by Meg Cabot is like reading a letter from your best friend. Since it's written in diary form, Mia is expressing her feelings with you and when she's sad, you want to cry; when she is happy, you'd love to jump for joy. Mia discovers she's a princess while coping with betrayal, friendship, crushes and more during her freshman year of high school. While she struggles through Algebra and dreams of dating Josh Richter, Mia is also taking princess lessons from her dreadful grandmother. Soon enough she gets in a fight with her demanding and assertive best friend and is lost without her. Even better, her mom starts dating her Algebra teacher who is failing her! To make things worse, her grandmother spills to everyone that her granddaughter is the princess of Genovia. When the press starts trailing Mia's path, she gets fed up and finally accepts the idea that she is a princess and will be forever. I have given this book five stars because Mia will win the heart of girls all over who just long to fit in at high school and have dreams similar to hers. While it has humorous parts, it also includes encouraging and important lessons to be learned. It's just a fairy tale for teens. As more days pass by, Mia's life gets more and more complicated, yet gives more and more perfectly good examples of the life of a teenager on a daily basis. This book was unpredictable and very exciting. It allows teenagers to take a preview of the future and for adult readers to look back and relive old memories.

Summary: Not What I Expected, but GOOD
Review: This book wasn't what I expected because I saw the movie first. Even if you have seen the movie you should read the book because they are 100% different. This is a very good book and mademe laugh numerous times.
