Summary: Well thought out. Great book!
Review: The 1 Minute Millionaire provides both fictional and factual information, stimulating both the right and left brain. Allen and Mark Victor Hansen obviously spent a lot of time preparing this book. The 1 Minute Millionaire offers strategies on real estate, internet and network marketing and combines that with a fictional story.I know this turns some of the people off. All I can say is back off, loosen your tie, put away the briefcase, turn off the pc, forget about the office and what you learned by all of those great teachers in school (how are they doing financially?) and listen to two men who have done it. Speaking of fiction, earlier tonite I was watching a biography on Sylvestor Stallone and one of the people who sploke out for Stallone was Sugar Ray Leonard. He attributed his winning a world title at least partly to watching the movie "Rocky" the night before his championship fight. See, sometimes fictional stuff does work and have merit. There is no arguing on the non-fictional stuff. As already stated both Allen and Hansen have been there. They have done it. They have walked the talk and now talk the walk while still walking the talk. Lessons from millionaires. My only complaint is that they should have charged more for this book. I got it at Wal Mart for $14.97. It is easily worth $39 for the money that I already have made and will continue to make. Thank you Mr. Allen and Mr. Hansen. By the way, I also purchased some of the Chicken Soup for The Soul books as well.

Summary: THE ONE MINUTE SNAKE OIL SALESMAN
Review: Saw this pile of purple pages and prose in the library, and just had to give it my full attention. (Wouldn't ever buy the thing). Well, Doctor and Professor Feelgood are at it again, holding court, telling you how to do everything without telling you SPECIFICALLY how to do anything to make yourself a millionaire. Buy real estate with no money down. Sure, good idea--now do it. Why on earth would someone take no money down in a market where many buyers are throwing cash at sellers of DESIRABLE properties. Distressed seller you say? Sure, they exist. That's where you can negotiate terms and price, but within the borders of reality. Wanna live in a dump? Want to rent one that you just bought? What kind of tenants do you think you'll get? And guess what, you still won't get it for no money down. Multiple income streams? Sure, good idea, and it's doable--but these guys don't tell you how. Tithing? Think Rockefeller or Carnegie, or any of those guys REALLY gave away 10% to some "church?" Do you want to read some useful books on success and business? For principles, try Richard Marcinko on a Rogue Warrior's Guide to Success. For practices, Dr. Jeffrey Lanz's self published books on marketing, promotion, etc.
One Minute Millionaire makes no sense, and will make you no dollars.

But let me tell you this book will not only inspire you; it will enrich you, empower you and equip you. I have given this book to all the people I care about who have procrastionated with regard to their dreams. Review: We all know that it takes more than one minute to conceive and achieve millionaire status, but Hansen and Allen do a great job getting us started. After all, we can't realize a dream if we don't have one or reach a goal we have not defined. And of course, a catchy headline like this does draw us all in to find out more and enjoy the inspiration. If you would like to read more about millionaires and stories of how an idea moved from a kitchen table concept to one million dollars in annual sales, read Millionaire Women - Success Secrets of 16 Who Made It from Home, by Jeanne Hauer. This book is also available from Amazon.com. You will enjoy the true life and business success stories of 16 women from across the US and abroad who made it big over a period of years. Not exactly a one minute success story, but a great read about how they did it, their Success Secrets, and practical resources to help you do it too.

Review: I absolutely loved this book. The story unfolds in 2 formats. One is an exciting biography that had me on the edge of my chair from the first page to the end of the book. It really got my creative juices flowing as I thought of how I could apply these principals in my own life. Review: This book was recommended to me by one of my business Advisory Board members. It has turned out to be an excellent recommendation. Two great books in one - the left side of each page has a story for my left brain and the right side has a story for my right brain. This volume is full of ideas on how to develop multiple streams of income and leverage talents of those around you. From the Millionaire Ahas the authors take us through Mentors, Teams, Networks, and the manifestations of all that we've learned. This is accomplished with both the "text book" approach (left side pages) while weaving a wonderful story that exemplifies the lessons in prose (right side pages). I was so impressed with this book that I rented the audio version so that I could re-enforce the lessons while driving around town. Many say that today we are not just in a "jobless recovery," but that we are in a "job-LOSS recovery." Those in my network would agree, and they would also agree that this book shows the only way out of the dilemma for many people in transition. Whether you learn the lesson from the heart-rending story of Michelle Ericksen or from the more traditional approach, the One Minute Millionaire is more than worth your time, it is worth your effort to employ the lessons.
