Summary: Sub-stars burning dim
Review: Dreck!
Mormon "spiritual leaders" Hansen and Allen have cobbled together a truly awful book - actually two books - one side tells the story of a woman trying to raise $1 million in 90 days - fat chance - the other the usual "make a million, it's easy" advice.
One can only assume that the authors made their millions from the greedy publisher - does anyone have any shame?
Allen, the get-rich-quick real estate mogul (ah, didn't he declare bankruptcy at least once) and Hansen, the "I'm okay, you're chicken soup" compiler should be embarrassed.

A new low....save your money folks. I have a bridge to sell you.

Summary: Outstanding
Review: Mark Victor Hansen and Robert Allen are truly amazing. This is a GREAT book. I highly recommend it to anyone interested in learning how to be rich and ENLIGHTENED. It's unique and so different from any other book I've read because on one side of the book is an excellent story that keeps you so involved that you can't put the book down. I actually stayed up all night reading it. The second side of the book, gives a more technical and detailed, easy to follow outline on how to become an enlightened millionaire. Both sides relate. It's amazing how they did it. EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT READING AND YOU WILL DEFINITELY GET SOMETHING OUT OF IT.

Summary: Total winner......
Review: If you want to achieve any kind of success, not just financial, this is the book that you HAVE to buy. Period.

This is by far the best book I've come across that puts it all together. I love the story on the right side and the information on the left side.

I'm actually buying up as many copies right now as I could and sending them to all my friends and relatives.

BTW, I'm in no way related to the authors, or in anyway benefit for endorsing this book.

Summary: Helps to Develop a Millionaire Philosophy
Review: I read this book over the course of 3 days, barely able to put it down. I love it and will reread it. But this book has the good and bad that many self-help books do: They say you can do anything--and this one goes too far.

The book has two parallel parts: One is how to think like a millionaire, and one is a story of someone using the advice and a mentor to become a millionaire--in 90 days.

The protagonist of the story part, desperate, but believing she can do anything, makes a bet with her children's conniving grandparents to get custody of her own children or loose them forever. The bet: She can personally amass $1,000,000 cash in 90 days--from nothing! Even though she is softly rebuked at one point for this wildly reckless action, the whole story is how this woman focuses on gaining the million dollars in 90 days.

The problem with tales like this is that people may put themselves in similar circumstances and find themselves unnecessarily loosing everything, as even people with the best skills and resources could do if challenged to come up with $1,000,000 in 90 days.

I think the understanding is that you, too, could have a millionaire mentor who has learned from the authors. Ultimately, the authors want to help YOU become a millionaire, and I fully believe their interest is sincere. The philosophy of enlightened millionaires they give is sound. Sure, they want to make money helping you win, but it is clear the authors want everyone to win--both financially and Spiritually / emotionally.

Many people find the concept of paying for financial seminars and books revolting and assume these kind of authors are scammers. Whatever the case, the rules are on the table. Did these authors make most of their money on best-selling advice books (Chicken Soup for the Soul, Nothing Down)? Of course. They don't make a big deal of it but even state as much in this book. The protagonist in the story, also, does raise quite a bit of money by selling mentoring sessions with a millionaire associate.

They give four paths to wealth: Real Estate, Investments, Business, and the Internet. They should list a fifth: seminars and royalties.

But, could their advice cut years of learning off your road to success? Sure.

On the technical side, the book is a little jumpy to read with the story on the right page and the advice on the left page.

Ultimately my advice is this:...Buy it.

Even if you find fault, you should get $[money] worth of advice. I recommended this book to two people. One loved it, one hated it. Even with help of the authors personally, please don't bet your children on making a million dollars in 90 days. Nevertheless, this is a handbook of the skills and steps needed to be a millionaire and I will refer to it often in developing my own plan.

Summary: Changed My Life!
Review: I have read two books in the last week that changed my life! This was the first as it opened up entirely new vistas for me and gave me vision for the future. Wow! The other is The Gravel Drive by Kirk Martin thegraveldrive.com which changed the way I view my kids. Both are incredible reads!

Summary: How to think like a Millionaire
Review: I'm impressed. Really impressed. First, this book is incredible! Offering both non fictional and fictional material, right and left sided to stimulate your right and left brains. I have long been a fan of Robert Allen and Mark Victor Hansen as well as Jack Canfield. Allen and Hansen have outdone themselves with this one.The other reason that I am impressed is only one negative review! WOW! Perhaps even the bashers are reading PMA and inspritional material and growing. Now that is impressive!Simply stated; if you want to be a success, read this book. It will create the right mental mindset. If on the other hand you are happy with mediocrity, look elsewhere. For more on the how to, I recommend Multiple Streams of Income.Great book Mr. Allen and Mr. Hansen. Perhaps your best work to date.

Summary: Hype for the authors....
Review: The "story" portion of this book, which is printed on all of the right-hand pages, is truly mawkish. It wouldn't make it as a stand-alone novel, so it gets to tag along here. The usual "millionaire" ideas are proffered, although I believe that it will be the authors who reap all the benefits. They are getting richer, while money is paid for their goods, and the would-be millionaires are led down one more "garden path to riches." It still takes money to make money--unless you have a fantiastic backer and benefactor. Save YOUR money, and don't throw it away here. (Also, trying to access their website to get the "free bonus offers" is next-to-impossible. So much for getting something additional after the initial purchase!)

Summary: A strangely formatted book with little substance
Review: The format of this book is just plain strange. The non-fiction hints and tips are on all the left pages and a fiction novel is on all the right pages. I would have prefered the book be divided into 2 normally formatted sections.

The books content is surprisingly full of empty rhetoric. The fiction novel section just seemed to pander to the reader and insult my intelligence in too much of a 'touchy-feely' style, the non fiction section was quite lacking in real workable solutions. It mainly delved into psychological and religious pep talks, even quoting the bible on a few occaisions.

I'm basing my rating on the fact that this book is a lowest common denominator type book in that it assumes a low level of intelligence for the readers.

Summary: Down To Earth
Review: Bob Allen is a slick salesman as is his partner. While this is not a bad thing it is good to note that Allen has made most of his money through the sales of his books and his seminars. Nothing down real estate deals and vitamin MLMs aside, the books and the seminars are what put Allen over the top. Still though the book is a good read full of home truths about sales and human nature.

Summary: The One Minute Millionaire review by Jesse Gourdet
Review: Two marketing experts and spiritual giants, Mark Victor Hansen and Robert G. Allen, join forces to create a colossal bestseller, The one Minute Millionaire.
It's two books in one, fiction and nonfiction. On the right pages is a heart-warming story of courage and determination. A young woman named Michelle must raise one million dollars in 90 days to regain the custody of her two children. On the left pages are the techniques she had to master in order to be successful in this endeavor.
Mark Victor Hansen and Robert G. Allen would like to make Millionaire Eagles of us all. They have succeeded in establishing an "enlightened way to wealth." On a scale of 1 to 5 stars, I give this book 5 stars.
