Summary: Not the best I've ever read, but good none the less.
Review: Tuck Everlasting was a great book. The discription was fantastic, the auther (Natalie Babbit) used similes, metaphors and personification in almost every sentence! For example: "The sky was a ragged blaze of red and pink and orange, and its double trembled on the surface of the pond like paint spilled from a paintbox." I found her writing very poetic, and I loved the story line. You don't see the idea of immortality much in books, and I loved how the Tucks actually understood how crucial it was not to let everyone know about the spring; they knew how disasterous that could be. You might be wondering why I gave this story four stars if I liked it so much, why not five? Well, I found the novel interesting, but not captivating. I wasn't pulled along, I didn't have the urge to read on, going at a slow pace was fine with me. I reccomend this book to people who like discriptive writing, and to those who like their books to move at a slow pace.

Summary: Beautifully written
Review: As a mother of a pre-teen I have been reading works of juvenile literature so I would be more aware of what my daughter was reading in school. Tuck Everlasting was a pleasant surprise since the talented author did more than create an interesting story. Every description, each sentence, paragraph and chapter is carefully crafted to make this book more than just another fun read. This book truly presents a thought provoking story wrapped in a breathtaking arrangement of words that makes you realize how beautiful the English language can really be. If you want your children to read something that is a true work of literary art - than have them read this book. In fact, take the time to read it yourself. You will be afraid to talk after each section you read for fear of polluting a language used so well in its literary context.

Summary: My review for tuck everlasting
Review: This book Tuck Everlasting is one of the best books I ever read in my life. Even though I am only 12 years old I still loved this book. My fifth grade teacher is the one who introduced this book to me. We, as a group of about 10 people, read thid book together in class and discussed it. I was so amazed that I like the book, because I dont like to read so it was a surprise I could not put this book down for a min. it was so interesting! It took me to a magical place and I could actually feel the book's magic. If anyone were to read this book for the first time I would highly recomend it for a 5th or 6th grade student. And not anyless then fifth geraders because it might be hard for them to understand the comtext, and the magic it really expresses. Even for me, I did not understand the whole book but then when I read ahead a little it let me understand the comntext a little more. But that is my only critisism. The rest of the book I perfect and exiting. This book took me to an other place where I could really believe the magic happening to the characters in the book. I highly recomend thid book to anyone who is thinking about buying it or just reading it out of the library. This is a great book for pleasure reading.

Summary: A very good book for kids 10 or over!
Review: A Review By two 12 year old boys from New York

We think Tuck Everlasting is a great book. Although it was complicated. That's why we think kid's under 10 would have trouble understanding this book. The story is about a 10 year old girl named Winnie Foster. Her family owns some woods that has a magical spring that only four people know about. The four people that know about the magical spring are Jesse Tuck, his brother Miles tuck, their mother Mae Tuck, and their father Mr.Tuck. Since Winnie's parents don't let her outside her yard alot, one night she decided to run away. Winnie finds a boy in the forest drinking from a spring of water shooting up. The boy's name was Jesse. Winnie wants to drink from the spring, but Jesse does not let her. She then gets kidnapped by Jesse's mom and family (the Tuck's). If you continue to read this great book you will find out Winnie's magical adventure.

Summary: Strange book. Not something I would strongly suggest
Review: This was a very strange and confusing book. It seemed too easy for my reading level. This book was about a family called the Tucks who discover a special water that makes them immortal. They also "kidnapped" a girl named Winnie who came to like them. This idea seemed too far out and didn't make sense. I, personally am more interested in mystery books. This book seemed a bit too short to describe things in detail and make an interesting story. This might be a good book for someone younger or someone who enjoys fantasy.Otherwise, Iwouldn't suggest reading this book.

Summary: Tuck Everlasting Review
Review: Tuck Everlasting is a great book. I liked it because it was full of action and suspense. I also liked the way the author described everything, because there were no pictures.(I could almost see visions in my head!) My favorite characters were Winnie and Jesse. The only person I didn't like in this book was the man in the yellow suit. I'd recommend this book to readers who enjoy fantasy stories.

Summary: Not Good Not Bad
Review: Tuck Everlasting wasn't the greatest. Some scenes needed more explaining. It was hard to picture the Fosters in my mind. The one thing I think the book needed was excitment. At the begaining I thought it would be cool to live forever, but at the end I had changed my mind. It was the same with most of my classmates.

End Transmission......

Summary: OKAY
Review: THIS BOOK WAS OKAY AND WAS VERY DESRIPTIVE. IT TELLS ALOT ABOUT WHY YOU WOULDN'T WANT TO LIVE FOREVER. I GIVE THIS BOOK A THREE STAR RATING BECAUSE IT WAS DESCRIPT AND HAD INTERESTING SCENES LIKE THE MURDER OF THE MAN IN THE YELLOW SUIT. IF YOU LIKE LEARNING ABOUT IMMORTALITY READ THIS BOOK.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Tuck Everlasting
Review: If someone offers you a magic water which gives you a everlasting life, would you take it? I bet you would do. Nobody wants to get old and weak, and we like to be always young and not to die. However, after reading this book, you might change your mind. This is a story about the Tuck family who has an eternal life, a little girl, Winnie Foster, and the man in the yellow suit who tries to make a fortune from the water. Although the prologue and chapter one confused me a little, I found this book very interesting, fantastic, imaginative, and classic. It is not only good for children, but also for adults.
