Review: In my opinion this is a great book. I really enjoyed reading this book. I liked it because it combined a kidnapping, a murder, and a jailbreak. It was full of such things as a mystical spring, a young girl named Winnie Foster, and a family that will live forever. I also liked it because it was so full of suspense. It was an adventure, mystery, and a realistic fiction rolled into one. Winnie has to make some important decisions but you'll have to read it to find out what they are. I definitely recommend this book to anyone who has a sense of adventure and enjoys mystery.

Review: Eleven year old Winnie deos not get out much, but one day being mad at her parents she stomped angrily into the backyard. she saw a frog and tried to catch it,she followed it until it went into the forest.She stopped and heard someone whistling.Slowly she went up to investagate. she saw a boy who she tought was really cute. As she watched he bent over and took a sip of water from a spring and then covered it up with some rocks. Winnie walked over and asked if she could have some. He told her that she couldn't but could not tell her why. but winnie eventally forced it out of him. He told her that it was a fountain of youth.then he said that now that she knew his secret she had to go with him.Not really believing anything he had just said, and being mad at her parents sheh went with him.After staying with his family for a while she saw his father get shot and not get hurt. Then she believed him. Winnie stayed with his family and helps them hide their secret.

In this book the author Natalie Babbit keeps you hanging by a thread. this book was very interesting and exiting I recomend this book to people who like fantasy.

Summary: 'Tis better to have read it late, than not at all
Review: One of the great things about being a father has been reading to my daughter all those books that I had most regretted not having read when a child. One of the children's books that I most desired to read was TUCK EVERLASTING.

Unfortunately, I did not enjoy this as much as I had hoped. Primarily this was because I felt so little sympathy for the title characters. The plot is simple: a frontier family in early nineteenth century America accidentally drinks from a fountain of eternal life, and are cursed with living forever. Or, at least, it is explained in the story that it is a curse. The difficulty I felt with the plot was with the family. For these people, since they really didn't seem to have much in the way of lives to begin with, eternal life really would be a curse. (...)As the novel stands, my only reaction is: Lord, I wouldn't want to live their life for even ten years, let alone an eternity.

Review: This was one of the best books I've evr read.In this book you are always on the edge of your seat.If you have never read this book before it is a great book for any age.I can't tell you munch more with out rouning it for you.The best age is propley about in the 5th grade about 10 or 11 would work.I hope you read it!

Review: I really liked the book Tuck Everlasting . Although it didn`t end the way I wanted it to, was great. The author Natalie Babbitt gave great detail to every descriptin. There were no pictures but the descriptions gave a mental one . The characters were given great detail also. The story is about a family that will live forever and does not tell anyone to save everyone . But then Winnie Foster comes along , and sees Jessie drinking from the spring . Jessie tells her their story and then they kidnapp her . I`ll let you read the rest .It was a great book and I recommend it to anyone .

Review: I think Tuck Everlasting is an enchanting, unique book. It is about a ten-year-old girl, who's name is Winnie Foster.She is tired of being cooped up in her house so she runs away. She sees a handsome boy, almost a man, leaning against a tree. The boy began to drink some water out of the spring. Winnie went up to him. She asked how old he was, he said 110 but Winnie didn't believe him. Then he said he was seventeen. Winnie asked the boy if the water is okay to drink, he told her no. She asked what his name is and he told her Jesse. Winnie told her name to him. Then Jesse kidnapped her with his mom, Mae, and his brother, Miles. They went to Jesse's house and told Winnie they were immortals by drinking the water. That is the first part of the book and I think everyone should read Tuck Everlasting. I read the book with my class as a class assignment. My friends and I think it would be cool to live forever, but after reading the book we changed our minds. I personally think that Natalie Babbitt uses fantastic descriptive words. We did an assignment to find similes in the book and we found a lot of similes in her writing. I suggest this book for novel studies or just reading for fun. This book is also interesting because Natalie Babbitt never says the name of the man in the yellow suit and she also doesn't say the name of the constable of Treegap. Again I'm telling youit's a wonderful book, very suspensful, and a great read. Just pick it up and you'll find out!
