Summary: death is OK
Review: This book made me see death in a different way. Before I was scared of the thought of dying. Morrie, somehow made me more relaxed, and I have accepted death as a normal part of life. I can only hope that I will die with as much dignity as Morrie. I will vow to live my life with compassion for other people. I will try to live my life as if it were my last day. I owe a great deal to the experiences Morrie went through, without his experiences, I would not have learned these valuble lessons.

Summary: A true warm story about mentors
Review: This book somewhat resembles a diary. A young man visits his old dying teacher, and learns more about life than he bargains for. It is one of those books, that can be a catalyst for a life-changing experience for a reader. At the very least it can wake you from the doldrums of life and encourage you to take a long hard look at yourself, and examine where you are personally heading along lifes treadmill.
With 191 pages, and the lines well spaced out, it is easy to get into and doesn't take very long to read. Highly recommended.

Summary: An Inspiring Novel
Review: The first person to recommend this book to me was believe it or not, an old sociology professor of mine. (If you read the book you may understand the irony). I picked this book up one night and did not put it down- a few hours later I had read through one of the best books I have ever seen.

Tuesdays with Morrie is an awe inspiring novel about a young mans experiences with a dieing professor. Morrie (the professor) uses his death as giving him the right to talk to everyone about things they would not normally talk about... and to pass on his theories about life to his favorite student. Morrie slowly teaches Albom about what it means to live, versus what it means to live meaninglessly. This book brings up many interesting points, some of which may make you think back on your life.

Tuesdays with Morrie is an American classic in my opinion. Albom writes this with honesty, and that takes braun. Congratulations to him!

Summary: WHAT SHOULD DEATH BE LIKE?
Review: I am a senior in high school, and chose to read this book as part of a class assignment. However, it was more like a last minute time choice, since I got it without knowing what it was about or what to expect from it. I believe this book really gives you knowledge in the subject everyone loves to ignore, which is death. Not everyone enjoys or is comfortable talking about it, but there is no way out of it. Because everyone one day will have to go through that experience. Sometimes I think of what would it be like when I am dead or when I am dying; and I hate just the thinking about it. That is why I truly respect Morrie the way he took upon living his last days with so little strength. That is why if life were closing the door one me, I would not just look back and smile. Only a true man or women would do such a thing. Therefore, I did enjoy the book for the most part. However, I must admit there were times when it was difficult to keep on reading it since it did not capture the focus that wants to keep reading. The reason why sometimes it did not do this was because it only really talked about one main point in both these men's lives. And to be truthful at some points that could be kind of boring. Nevertheless, I would recommend it to anyone who really has doubts or questions about death, or at times, like myself, are scared of the fact that they must go through it at some point in there short lives. However, I believe that for many you will have the joy of being introduced to one of the most well respected man in this world; as a teacher, a husband, father, and friend.

Summary: WHAT TEACHERS REALLY ARE
Review: I am a senior in high school who has just recently chose to read this book as part of a class assignment. To be truthful, I did not take time to actually see what this noble was about, I sort of just got it without knowing what to expect. Therefore, I believe teachers do not get all the credit they earned. This book teaches you those little things that we always leave out, and they are all good things. Morrie the outstanding professor shows how someone should react towards death, and how someone should live while being alive. However, the way that he reacted was amazing and at the same time odd. For one thing, I believe that if I was in my death bed I would make sure a left without any remorse and regrets of my past actions. What he was doing was just letting every day pass by as if nothing was going on. But I do respect that a lot, however, that would not be my choice. Why? Because I believe that you should cherish every last day as if you are willing to make a huge impression. In addition, I would of also enjoyed the book a little more if the noble talked about more than one main event in both this mens lifes; such as part of there childhood or furthermore. Overall, it was an interesting book and I would highly recommend any one who has questions or doubts about death to read it.

Summary: An absolute must
Review: This was one of the best books I read in my life. It touched me deeply and still brings tears to my eyes just thinking about it. Anyone asking deeper questions about life, its lessons and its ultimate meaning has to read this book. It made a big impact on me in a time when I was really hitting rock bottom - it's a powerful reminder of what life is all about and ultimately, death, too.

Summary: All About the LITTLE Things
Review: Yeah there is no way to describe the book. To capture the essence of it, the story behind it or what you come away with. Other then it reminds you of the basics of life and all that jazz in a non-boring-lecture-the-teacher-is-a-moron-kinda-way... ::sigh:: Read the book and then share the love and the knowledge! Buy it, pass it on. Whether you say it changes your life, or not, it does not matter. For though I believe it hasn't changed mine, it exspress what I have felt is the forever the fundamentals of life, and what needs to be remembered and enjoyed.
