If I could recommend this book it would be to my grandmother, because I feel that it could have a great impact on her life. Morrie was a man who had a good head on his shoulder. He looked at life and death as a good thing. He never gave up on anything. He was a man who was caring, loveing, and thoughful. He wanted to teach until the day he died, his funeral being the final. He made the worst parts of life, turn to be the greatest parts of life. Everyone should take in consideration, Morries life and how he went upon things. Rating: Summary: Sweet book Review: What a sweet, short book, full of insights and observations, not to mention a heart-warming story of two people that come back together after many years. I actually saw the movie before I read the book, and was amazed that I enjoyed both equally. Morrie deserves to be remembered and what a great tribute Albom has given us.Also recommended: McCrae's BARK OF THE DOGWOOD
Rating: Summary: Tuesdays with Morrie Review: What can I say? Morrie was a great man. The book was a big inspiration to me. It made me look at life in a whole new light. I always knew how death worked but i never knew how to react to it or prepare for it. Morrie taught me that life is so short and that you must live it to the fullest every single day. One of my best friends sisters has this same disease and i see how it affects the human body. I was really suprised by the strength that Morrie had to tell Mitch about all those life lessons. This book was great and i will keep it in my mind always.
