Rating: Summary: A must read for anybody in the rat race Review: Being a 16 year old male, I thought that nothing could make me cry, especially a book about some old guy. However Morrie is not some old guy; when I met Morrie through this book, he chagned my life an did the impossible in making me cry. If you have a soul this book WILL touch you.
Rating: Summary: Moving and Inspiring Review: This book is well worth reading. It helps to remind us of what life is really all about. The importance of family, friends, inner peace, and even the quite beauty of nature. There are many simple, but important lessons to be learned between these pages. I really enjoyed this book, although it would have been an even more inspiring story if the author had set up a donation of each book sale to the ALS Foundation (the terminal illness Morry was dying from).

Rating: Summary: A Book of Love and Personal Transformation Review: Tuesdays with Morrie is a must read for anyone who has a pulse! The life lessons contained within are enlightening and very relevant to the crazy world we live in today. I salute the spirit of Morrie Schwartz and envy the transformation of Mitch Albom.
Rating: Summary: Enough already! Review: OK, he's a decent writer and this is a heart-warming story, but enough is enough. Let's move on to something a little more interesting. This makes the "Bridges of Madison County" look deep.
Rating: Summary: Excellent Gift Idea Review: This was a quick, inspirational rea
Rating: Summary: Platitudes galore Review: The touchy-feelies out there are going to think I am simply out of step, but all I can see in this book is a set of sophomoric platitudes with no real meaning. There was a comedian who used to do a routine about his grandfather who called the youth to the dying old man's bedside. "Remember this," the old man whispered in the youth's ear, "a wet bird never flies at night." "I never understood it," the comedian said, "but I never forgot it." And so it is with Morrie and Mitch. Call me insensitive and non-spiritual, whatever that means, but I've read better stuff with more genuine emotions.
Rating: Summary: Tears Review: I am not ashamed now to say that i was in tears at the end of this book. It is heartwarming and will bring even the toughest of men to tears. I would like to personally thank Mitch for his excellent work, and am ready to start the book over.
Rating: Summary: Learning Compassion While Living Review: What compassion and learning how to live! 'Tuesdays with Morrie' will be required reading for my college students in teacher education.
