Summary: Offers the key to good health where it starts- what we eat!
Review: Dr. D'Adamo's book offers ground breaking work in how what we eat affects our bodies. By identifying the foods that are both beneficial and problematic for each blood type, we can each make informed choices about how what we eat affects our health. Having done this diet for a year now, I've felt the truths of what he writes. I also know many friends who have experienced the good health that is generated by eating the right foods for our bodies.

Summary: Outstanding, original and very effective diet
Review: The diet works....no matter what your blood type. Peter D'Adamo has taken his research and compliled an easy to understand and easy to follow diet that really makes one feel wonderful....after a very short time....the book is very informative,full of information that proves what a true pioneer he is. Maybe in years to come, all of us will be eating this way.....Bravo for an original piece of work!

Review: I think anyone who picks up this book will not be able to put it down. It is easy and interesting. The lay out is easy to follow and everything makes sense. It will make anyone reading this book, at least want to give the program a try.

Summary: My new bible of what to eat and what to avoid.
Review: I found out about this book by mere chance. A co-worker loaned her copy to me. I read it in one night. I found the history of bloodtypes fascinating. My sinuses cleared up just days after I followed the recommendations. This change was enough to convince me that this is the way I should make food selections for the rest of my life. I can understand why many people would find following this plan daunting. I found many of my comfort foods and staples on the avoid list. I still have some of them occasionally. Just not as much nor as often. This plan also introduced me to new foods. I didn't even know that I loved artichokes. I do now. To all who would like to try a food adventure I recommend "Eat Right 4 Your Type". It might change your life. Good luck!

Summary: ER4YT Saved My Life
Review: The information in ER4YT has given me a new life. I have ovarian cancer and two weeks after following the blood type diet (I am a Type "O"), my cancer growth stabilized and has been stabile ever since (6 months). Peter D'Adamo presents in ER4YT the necessary key to unlocking the reasons why some foods work well for some people and not for others. Read the book and ignore the skeptics.

Summary: An excellent book for optimal health!!
Review: A well-documented well-thought-out approach to dietary choices. Have followed the program with excellent results. A must-read for all people looking to find the most biologically correct diet. Blood type has a remarkable impact on the kinds of food that react well with your indivudual physiology. Remarkable!! I have lost 50 lbs without ever feeling hungry! And I feel ten years younger!

Summary: The style and content are OK, the results are GREAT!
Review: My personal opinion is that I would have liked more facts to back up each of the food recommendations, but then others probably would feel that would make the book too detailed. The final test is how well the applied theory works, and I can attest to the fact it works extremely well. I have lost weight without trying, have more energy, and clearer skin after only a few months on it. I am a convert for life!
