Review: ... The Spirit Animal is a Native American concept. I expected traditional Native music on the tape with some techniques to help me find my Guide Animal. The music is nothing more that the average run of the mill new age Yani music which I found to be quite inappropriate for the subject. The meditation side was also a disappointment. It was not a guiding technique but more like a feeble attempt at taking me on a journey. Maybe I would have had an easier time taking the journey if his voice didn't remind me of the narator from Michael Jacksons "Thriller" I felt like I was listening to a holloween tape the entire time. I'm sure many people out there will love this tape, I for one found it to be yet another new age scam, promising scerenity, and visions of bright lights, through meidtation and spiritual flight. Judging by his tape I think I am going to cancell the other books I purchased from his collection.

Review: Ted Andrews draws you into a world that makes you feeel comfortable and at peace. His voice alone is enough to lull you into a deep meditation and with the scenes he's painting it makes you want o visit again and again. You will DEF find your spirit animal if you haven't already or this can be used if you need reassurance. Also recommend Ted Andrews Animal Speak. Very insightful and enriching!

Review: The music is good, but the guided meditation is off. It goes by too fast, and the speaker has a voice that makes you appreciate nails on the chalkboard.
Note that it helps not to have preconceived ideas of the animal you want to be your spirit guide. If you already desire certain animals to be your guide, they you might be mislead by your own mind. If you cannot open your mind to other animals being there then it is best that you not use this tape.

Review: This tape helped me alot. The words with the music helped guid me along my journy on the astral plan. The music side is great for those who eather learn the words or want to do their own thing. The music is great just to listen to.
