Review: This book was about when a boy named Billy wanted two hound dogs
for hunting.His father and mother don't have enough money for
the dogs.So Billy was helping other people to get the money for
the dogs.Two years later Billy got his dogs.Once Billy and his dogs were out hunting and they heard and saw an animal.The 2 dogs
were protecting Billy.My reation to this book was bittersweet.I
felt happy when Billy got his dogs and I felt sad when something terrible happend to Billy's dogs.I would recommend this book to
a person who likes emotional stories.

Review: My class read Where The Red Fern Grows. It is a sad, funny, and melancholy book.I want to know why the same mountain lion came back at the end.My favorite part was when Little Ann won the beauty contest.She also won a silver cup. Both dogs won the gold cup.I think you should start to cry at the end of the story because it's worth it. I'll recomend this book to people who love animals.

Review: Our class read Where the Red Fern Grows by Wilson Rawls. The book was mainly about a boy named Billy who wants hound dogs ,and after 2 years he gets the money to get them. Together they have plenty of adventures catching racoons. My favorite part was when Billy and his dogs was fighting a mountain lion. I would recommend this book. I would give this book 5 stars-- it is great!
