Rating: Summary: Oh, God, this is heavy stuff Review: My opinion of this book is really high, above five stars. This is a profound, deep, poignant novel, and it is among the three books that have EVER made me cry. This is touching, very wise literature. Only a very good writer can draw someone such as me into a tale, keep me there, elicit strong emotions from my heart, bring me to love the characters, and, in the end, cry for them. Heavy stuff. Makes you think. Almost an adult book, I would say.
Rating: Summary: This was a great boook for all ages. Review: This was a heart touching book that kept me on the edge of my seat! It's a quick read with only 249 pages. The only problem in this book, was that i felt the boy, Billy, was to feminine. He would cry often, but i guess coming from a girl, that thats what every girl want, a guy that in touch with his fellings. I would recommend this book to anyone who likes a heartwarming tales of happiness, and sorrow.
Rating: Summary: A great story for kids and adults! Review: This book is so great. It has such a compelling plot and many great adventures between a boy and his dogs. The story holds you to the end. You're unable to put it down! I read it, all my friends read it and we all love it. I recommend it to anyone who enjoys childhood adventures.

Rating: Summary: This is the most beautiful book I've ever read!!! Review: This book takes you into the story. You won't want to put it down. It's about a boy and his love for his dogs. This book tells you in so much detail every adventure they have. It has a surprise ending, it even surprised me... enough to make me cry. At first I didn't think I'd like this book, but once I started reading it I couldn't put it down. I know this is not a real good explaination of the book, but read it for yourself and experience it's greatness.
Rating: Summary: An exciting and good book! Review: This book by Wilson Rawls is about a boy and how he falls in love with two red-bone hound dogs and their adventures together. I thought this book was very appealing because it was exciting and had a good plot. Although the ending is sad, the book is lively and holds your interest.
Rating: Summary: The best! Review: This book is the best it is so wholesome and real
Rating: Summary: My all-time favorite read Review: Mr. Rawls has managed to capture in this book the essence of what it is to be a boy. This is a must read for young and old alike. Give it a try, you will NOT be disappointed.
Rating: Summary: A cry to remember Review: I really liked Where the Red Fern Grows. This book is the best that i've ever read, literally. The author has a great discription of things. You could really get a good thought of what the characters were going through. Billy, the main character, is very bold and will do anything to get those dogs of his. When he does he's the happiest boy alive. His grandfather, a store owner, helps him to get his dogs and when he does, he signs him in a contest...but you have to read the story to see what happens. His parents are loving and his mother is extra careful of what he does. His father is always helping him on is quests with his dogs. This is a great book and I suggest that you read it. I recomend this book to readers who are ready for a good cry.
