Summary: The best story writen about a boy and his dog(s).
Review: This is a grest story. I read it in fifth grade and remembered it for the rest of my life. This, even today, is my favorite book of all time. I highly suggest this book for a child or young adult.

Review: This book has everything in it that everyone ever wants. You want sadness. There's lots of it. You want to be cheered up and heartwarmed, this book is for you. Even if you want all the gory details, READ THIS BOOK! Who could not love it? You have to read this book! I couldn't stop reading it! REALLY!

Summary: Billy goes thru hardships and glory with his dogs.
Review: Young Billy spends 2 years saving up money to buy 2 coon hounds.He teaches Old Dan and Little Ann how to hunt ringtail racoons. His dogs win a coon hound hunting terniment.Old Dan dies for Billy and little Ann dies of a broken heart.But this heart warming novel ends with a old Cheroke Indain tail about how an angle plants a red fern between the grave of Old Dan and Little Ann.

Review: This book was entertaining through the adventures of two wonderful dogs and a boy. I rated this book a FIVE STAR book because of the exciting, sad, and joyful times of the characters in this story. I recomend this book to every kid-even if they normally don't read.

Summary: PERFECT BOOK!!!!
Review: I LOVED IT!!!!I had to read it for school.I thought it would just be some normal book to read for school.I WAS WRONG!This book was wonderfully written.Although,I didn't think the d-word was necessary.I still loved it!I will definitely read it again.I cried when the dogs died.I can't imagine how sad I would be if my two beautiful Beagles died.I would be so sad.I am so glad I read this book.I watched the movie,but they cut out quite a few parts.I wish they hadn't.This book is one of my favorites.

Review: This book will bring tears of happiness and tears of sorrow. You will follow the little boy and his two wonderful loving dogs through the beauties and hardships of life. You will feel the love and compassion that those three share. I've read this book twice already and would read it again in a heartbeat. I've shed tears of happiness and tears of saddness (literally). Read this book to discover the secret behind the name RED FERN. You will read this book and remember this book forever just as I have done. YOU WILL TRULY LOVE THIS BOOK AS I DO AND WILL REMEMBER IT ALWAYS!!!!
