Review: I thought the book was good and sad. I thought the book was really good because Karana saved Rontu from being dead from the dogs,devil fish, and a pack of dogs. The net good thing about this book was when they were trying to build a nother house. The bad things were that they got left on the island for a long time and they had to kill their own food. The other bad thing was when Rontu died, he died by

Review: I gave this book a 3 because it was good at parts it also went into the biggest detail about the littlest things.For example, I've read better like the Outsiders. Nothing compares with that book well thats my opinion.On a much lighter note this book had very cool parts like when the dogs got in a fight im not saying fighting is good but you have to have alittle suspense every now and then.Two other parts were great,like the part when she tamed Rontu was fun to see that she got a friend FINALLY, now that I think about it this book was a 3 and a half it had a good beginning good middle so all and all it was a 3 and a half i just gave you my reasons well i gotta go make more reviews like the Outsiders which is a great book bye, this is

Summary: Island of the Blue Dolphins
Review: Island of the Blue Dolphins is a good book. I would rate this book a 5 star. Its good book its sad because a lot of people she was close with or knew really well will die. This is supenseful and interesting also very sad. But Island of the Blue Dolphins is great wonderful. She very frinedly she is natures best friend. The reason why she is natures best friend is because she is friends with lots of animals. Read the book and find out the rest. See if Ramo (brother) and Karana (Sister the story teller) live or die? Review: This book is a really good book ,I think that you should read this book. The book talks about a girl that lives on an island with other people. I think that they should have put in a little more detail. Chapter 19 is the best of them all,it is very suspenseful so read this book it is awsome dude. The story ends kind of sad kind of happy thats all I can say dude.

Review: I liked this book a lot because at some parts you just couldn't put down. At some parts it was really sad and at others, it was very interesting. I don't know how people could not like this book. Everybody should read this book because it is excellent. I think Karana is a very smart person. Have fun reading this book.

Review: this book was outstanding there was a part with a giant sqiud and she killed it WOW!!!!!!!!!!?!?!?!? then there was the part were her brother died because of a dog, it was interresting , dangerous, survival, and she did not have good luck everyone that she loved or cared for died. It was funny and had a lot of violece and suvival skills i gave it a four star rating because it was good and ive read better.

Review: I really, really liked this book. It was the story of an Indian girl who got stranded on her island without her tribe for a VERY LONG TIME!!! She survives all by herself for 18 years, and "is one with the nature". She makes friends with otters, wild dogs, birds, and other things. She has awesome adventures, and I hate to say it, but-- she has REALLY bad luck!! You have to read this book to find out what happens to her!!! I promise you won't regret it!

Review: I would give this book a 5 star rating because it is a cool book to read to everyone in the family and it is has sad and , happy, disapointing, and scary in some spots. All the things that I listed should be in all books to make as interesting as this book is. This is an awesome book that I think everyone should read. Once you start this book it will be hard to put down.

Review: I really liked this book you could be at a really good part of the book but then all of a sudden something bad happens but thats what I like in books it is something that will catch your attention. Chapter 19 is the best chapter in this book but that is my oppinion.
