Review: The Spiderwick Chronicles, The Feild Guid (volume 1) was a very good introduction to the series I must say! The way Holly and Tony (authors) used their talents was amazing! I found that I myself could relate to the book in a way, because Jared Grace used to be an okay/most of the time obeadinat child, until his father passed away!As the mystery unfolds during their first few weeks in their new house, certain items are lost,certain secrets revealed. Also amoungst all of the elements of supision were written in a way so capitvated that I couldn't put the book down!! I do have one thing to say about the book that I couldn't believe they did this, they gave you a cliff hanger ending, I know it's a series of books but common all books need to have an important or full ending! Other than this The book was terrific!!
