Summary: I actually am reading the book
Review: I'm actually reading the book. Sean is point on with most of his ideas, though he could probably say most things in fewer words. This is a conservative book - don't expect it to be anything else. It certainly leans far to the right and doesn't heavily elaborate on the "left perspective." He's done his research. He's passionate about his perspective. Definitly worth a read. He provides logical backing for his points, unlike what you hear from a lot of the leftist liberals.

Summary: Ouch - the truth hurts
Review: Oh boy... the truth really hurts... don't you think you liberals? Thanks Sean! Great work! Keep it up no matter what these goofy liberals say about you.

Summary: Great book
Review: There is nothing more that I can say this is a great book and deserves to be on the New York Times Best Seller List. I know it will eventually get there.

If you like his previous book you will definitly like this one. He take a very honest view towords the subject matter of liberals, terrorism, and everything that is currently wrong with the morals of our society.

Summary: Finally! Someone who makes sense!!!
Review: Sean Hannity is the most honest, straight-forward person to reach national radio. His courage to state it like it is can not be compared! I will continue to support him AND OUR GREAT PRESIDENT in any way that I can!!!

Summary: Just listen to the show
Review: If you just record his program and repeat that program everyday you would get the jist of this book. Just a repeat of his show, which is the same show every day. Boring.

Summary: An ACTUAL real review
Review: I don't even know why I'm writing this review. I've relied on Amazon for insightful music and movie reviews for years, but its obvious that book reviews here are nothing more than empty rants. I've read close to 400 "reviews" so far, and I'm still not convinced that ANY of you have actually read the book (I especially love all of you that detest Sean Hannity, yet supposedly bought the book anyway and are now angry that you wasted your money-- what turnip truck do you think I fell off of?).

One-star reviews just because you hate him, Five-star reviews from the other side trying to help him out. Save your political opinions for yahoo group message boards for crying out loud! This space should be dedicated to reviewing a product.

That said, I have mixed feelings about this book. I don't question Mr. Hannity's research or his passion for the subject matter. You may criticize his philosopies, but his quotes are well sourced and accurate. On the air, he isn't the most eloquent speaker, nor is he an efficient debator. And while I can't say he's an excellent writer, he does a pretty good job of laying his thoughts out on paper in an unmistakably clear and concise format. I would rather him stick to the basics of writing than try and fail horribly at the advanced concepts.

Keep in mind that Mr. Hannity isn't setting himself up as the next Shakespeare. He's simply attempting to put his passionate beliefs into print. And while he is oversimplistic and even repetitive at times, his passion shines through loud and clear enough for the reader to see beyond his literary shortcomings.

Also keep in mind that his purpose isn't to eloquently weave a complex political postulate. His point is simple, yet it is based on a polarizing principle- that absolute evil does exist, and America's cultural and physical future depends completely on our reaction to it. In his mind, this is a simple concept. His purpose therefore is to point out just how simple it is.

Bottom line- Die-hard Hannity fans will applaud Hannity's nicely laid-out argument, but ultimately will not gain any more by reading it than they have by listening to his show. On the other hand, those that disagree with Hannity will cringe at his respectable research and instead focus on how much they hate him.

Summary: Ditto heads
Review: Funny- Hannity whined on his show that his book was getting bad Amazon reviewson Feb. 22 and by the 23rd, 140 new five star reviews were logged. Hannity is nothing but a republican political hack- he doesn't even have the independence of mind that Rush Limbaugh has. Did I read the book? Nah- I just skimmed it at Barnes and Noble, them moved it to the fiction section. Go ahead and buy it if you want. Better still, just send Sean $5 and save a tree. You won't learn anything new here that is not already in the title.

Summary: Gulliver US From Evil
Review: I'm so glad Sean is brave enough to make the connection between terrorists, despots and liberals. After all, FDR smoked cigars with Stalin at Yalta and now we have to pay our hard-earned dollars to support Social Security liberals. Sean shows how the Democratic candidates would coddle terrorists and sell arms to Iran and Iraq. He makes me think we should pass a Constitutional amendment to ban the Democratic Party because they give comfort to the enemy. There really is only one RIGHT way to think about things and that is Sean's way. Thanks for telling it like it is, Sean!!!!! MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!
