Summary: Right Wing Christian Ideologue Propaganda
Review: It's pretty obvious now that Hannity and his cronies are nothing more than crusading evangelical christians wrapping themselves in our flag and posing as political commentators. Demonizing liberals and whining about how the media has caused the downfall of the culture worked extremely well in pre-WWII Germany. Goebbels would have been impressed with this book.

Summary: Sean being Sean
Review: The book is a reflection of Sean's daily radio show and point-counterpoint perspective seen on Hannity and Colmes. He views the world from a perspective of absolutes. He doesn't waver. This annoys some people because they believe that everything, including morality, is relative. In fact, any moral relativist would find this book repugnant. Nonetheless, I think that his handling of the issues, as well as his treatment of both Democratic and Republican collegues, to be quite fair given the vast differences in ideology. I don't agree with many of Sean's points, particularly on certain social issues, but I do find his fiscal and foreign policy concepts to be rooted in the kind of reality that one cannot simply bend and shape. No, he's not particularly hip, like, say Al Frankin. He comes across as a little fuddy-duddy, and the title of his book "Deliver Us From Evil" smacks of a kind of throwback mentality, but hey, everybody can't be Bill Clinton...and thank God.

Summary: Im afraid, are you?
Review: After reading many of these reviews one quote sticks in my mind. A person wrote, "When Hillary takes over the office in 2008 hopefully she can get all these right wing radio shows off the air". This statement sums up the democrats agenda. Take away peoples freedom of speach as well as our other Constitutional freedoms. Doesn't it scare you to think that there would be no way to find out the truth. Doesn't it scare you to think that it would be illegal to say what you feel. This is what the democrats want, total power over you and you freedom. That sounds like a dictatorship to me. It kind of reminds you of Iraq and its old leader doesn't it. Wake up America, there is an evil agenda out there and they call themselves the democratic party.

Summary: A review from someone who has actually read the book
Review: The book was well written, and easy to read. I do not agree with everything SH says or writes, but I do appreciate his opinion, and I believe he was right on the money with most of his points in the book. I also appreciate the way he does not blindly follow the Republican Party, rather he calls them on issues that he does not agree with. Unlike the statements of many of the reviews on this site, SH does mention several Democrats in a positive light in his book, and recognizes their accomplishments. Liberal, conservative, or in-between, if you have an open mind you will enjoy this book, even if you do not agree with it.

Summary: One Anti-American Posts Over and Over Again
Review: They must have let a mental patient out to post on this board. Every negative rant is by the same guy. Thank you Sean. If this is the quality of the left, it's no wonder Republicans continue to win elections. I bought this book. Worth every penny.

Summary: What is all the fuss?
Review: It is amazing to me that a book such as "Deliver us from Evil" can invoke such passionate reviews. In reading the negative comments, one cannot help but wonder if a page of this book has ever been turned by the rater. I liken it to the reviews and unwarranted hysteria surrounding "The Passion of the Christ". Someone must be getting very nervous out there...

Summary: INSANE
Review: Here we go again. The man who kisses the --- of the druggy behind the Golden(fake) mike preaching to us in his book about how according to A TALK SHOW host we are going to defeat evil. I swear to god he, Coulter, Ingraham, and the rest of them must conjure this crap up at a downtown New York winery. His facts are so far off base it defies logic. Can you imagine what they will be talking about when Hillary takes the white house in 08. Maybe she will figure out a way to rid the country of these talk show junkies....

Summary: Liberals on the Run
Review: A great read. It's about time someone shines the light of truth on what liberals are up to.

Isn't it interesting that almost all of the liberals who have posted negative reviews have never even read Sean's book. Just a bunch of conspiracy theorists who long for the days of former President Clinton when foreign policy briefings were conducted with his pants down around his ankles.

Thanks Sean for telling the truth every day.

Summary: See Al Franken's Lies and the Lying Liars Chapter 14
Review: Hannity's latest book is more of the same from him. It all too obviously intoxicates its target readers, who believe Hannity and they alone are true Americans and that liberals are evil (or, as Coulter calls them, traitors). Most other readers will find that this book is, at best, a waste of paper. Al Franken's last book has a chapter on Hannity, which is worth reading.

Summary: noneocons do you need a hug?
Review: Well obviously you read my review with the same thoughtful care that you read Hannity's book with, which leads me to believe you didn't read either of them. So why are you writing a review on a book you haven't read? Sounds to me like you just hate Sean Hannity. In fact, I would be suprised to hear about any posivtive views you have about anything. The very fact that you would agree that Hannity should or should have joined the army proves my point. I guess you failed to see the over-all point that I was making which is that a person can support the military without "shaving their head" and blah-blah-blah. The truth is people like you don't support the military and never will no matter what situation we are facing. If you can't understand why we are in Iraq take some prozac and drop the Michael Moore book for two minutes and try to understand what our world conflict is. The difference between conservatives and liberals is that liberals DO consider conservatives more of a threat than terrorists, whereas conservatives consider liberals a threat for their soft stance on terrorism. Get the picture? Or are you so filled with hate and rage for differing viewpoints that you can't think straight right now? Your response to my review was incoherent by the way. It's also kind of hard to be "Hannitized" in Florida when I am over-sees right now serving in the army supporting the war on terrosism. It is funny when liberals such as yourself pretend to respect military service like John "Lurch" Kerry. If it were up to you, us in the military would be underfunded and ill-equiped so save the military preachifying for someone with a guilty concious as yours. So I better get to work now and you, you can get back to hating life. Do you want some "hateraid" with that?
