You may want to adapt into present day language some of the principles, but almost everthing still applies in 1997. Enjoy stories of America's greatest entrepreneurs, inventors, and other business leaders, and how they reached their goals! The lessons apply to anyone with a wish or a goal or a dream...in any walk of life. This book is a treasure for anyone who wants to achieve..

Review: This book changed my life. The first time someone suggested that I read it, my response was: "Think & grow rich, yea, right! I've been thinking since I was born & I'm still not rich!" Well as the saying goes: "things come to you when you're ready for them". About 3 years later I came across the book again. I could not put it down! I have since re-read this book at least a dozen times! I have given away at least ten copies to others! You owe it to yourself to get "Think & Grow Rich". ps: Guys & Gals, make sure your mate reads chapter 10 on sex transmutation!

Review: This book has changed my life. Napolean Hill spent the better parts of his life examining the most successful people in the world. By doing so he recognized the secrets to achieving anything you desire in this world. For many, including myself, this book also goes one step further by opening the minds doorway to connect with the universal information source. While the previous statement may be hard to believe, once I recieved the message of Think & Grow Rich, I was able to understand concepts which were previously foreign and extremely complex. If there's any part of you yearning to exceed mediocre boundaries for yourself, this book is a must.

Summary: This Book Made Me Promotable!
Review: For years I was stuck in a dead end position. I have a B.S. and figured that would be enough to attract opportunities to me. After talking with our companies V.P. he suggested that I read "Think and Grow Rich" He told me that the most successful people he has met, including the President of this company highly endorse it.The book had a immediate impact and positive affect on my life and carreer. Within a month I was promoted to a management position. That was after working for this company for 6 years and going nowhere. The principles in the wonderful book really do work. I am now recommending this book to all of my people which is incredible because prior to "Think & Grow Rich" I never would have considered reading, let alone recommending the positive mind books. this one is definitely different! I also recommend "SUPERSELF" by Charles Givens particularly for any management or sales person who wants the maximum in personal! effectiveness. And by the way, Superself is also a favorite book at the company that I work for!

Review: Over the years I have bought several copies of Think and Grow Rich but this particular edition, original unabridged version is perhaps the best and my personal favorite.

Summary: Undoubtably the greatest self development book of all time!
Review: I know that they are many personal development books and tapes and seminars and other programs. But in all my years I have never seen anything that delivers like Think and Grow Rich does.

To be honest, it took me awhile to figure out the secret that Hill was taking about. Of course, I found some people who still haven't figured it out. Perhaps they are the people giving this great book 1 stars.

Not a big book, Think and Grow Rich is only 230 pages and 15 chapters. What sold me on buying this book (I used to hate these self books and thought they were too Pollyannaish) was when I read that Clement Stone turned $100 into over $36 million by following the principles in this book.

At the time I first heard about this book, I was flat broke and deepling debt. That all changed and quickly thanks to following the principles in Think and Grow Rich.

To me the 6 step self confidence formula on page 36 coupled with the chapter on autosuggestion did the most for me. I also memorized the poem on page 38 and would say it outloud on my way to sales calls while driving in my car. Drivers next to me on the road found me very entertaining I suppose...but I found this simple exercise very beneficial to me.

Think and Grow Rich had a profound effect on my life. I cannot recommend this book or any book by Napolean Hill for that matter highly enough. They are life changing and powerful.
