Review: So this book has been highly recommended to me and what I've seen of it is very good. But what you need to know is that it is actually a three volume book. I ordered it, and received only one: the second volume. It isn't separately listed on Amazon.com, and their system doesn't recognize that there are several different volumes. I ended up returning it because there was no way to get the first and third, except to go through another dealer.
