Summary: Photography that makes you pause in wonderment
Review: Minkkinen is a crazy Finn who has used b/w self portraits to portray the human body (and he has an odd one) as a true piece of art in nature -- in his pictures the body is at once separate and yet a integral part of the water and forests. Every time I show these photos to someone they pause in wonderment and sometimes they even laugh at the imagination of the artist. You feel like you are seeing something that has never been seen before but that has been there the whole time. I consider this collection one of the treasures that I have found while wandering the world.
