Rating: ![4 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-4-0.gif) Summary: April showers lead to May flowers Review: April is a graphic design genius, so it's hard to go wrong with the subject matter of this book. Of course THE April Greiman book to own is the out of print "Hybrid Imagery : The Fusion of Technology and Graphic Design" - but if you can't get that classic, then this little gem will have to do. The nice thing about this book is that it covers her work in the 90's, and while the web stuff doesn't shine - her print work and dish sets are damn good. Sadly the book doesn't capture her magic as it's rather on the small side - so you can't see all of that wonderful detail that April has in her work. In the end this book is a good appetizer, but it leaves you wanting a full meal. However it will make a good addition to your personal library, and it would make a nice gift for a creative friend.
