Review: Charles James filled his designs with beauty and technical brilliance. He was an architect of fabric. His designs were as beautiful on the inside as they were on the outside. This book is a glimpse into his world of manipulating shape and form. My only regret is that is not longer. Enjoy!

Review: I bought this for a gift for my girl friend who is honestly, Charles James' grandaughter. From what she was told about her grandfather, this is an accurate depection and she loved her gift. I recommend this book. It might be a biased recommendation but if you have any interest in Cahrles James, the book has a nice, short biography and the rest are pictures of his work and a few with him in them.
