Summary: Good travelling resource but has serious indexing flaws
Review: This an excellent resource for the architecture student travelling across the USA; however, the second edition has so many incorrect index listings that the indices are practically useless. It's as if the second edition were released with the first edition index (although I haven't done an actual check). Wait for a third edition or plan to go through and amend the index with correct referent page numbers.

Summary: Informative, comprehensive, enjoyable.
Review: This book is for travelers and architecture fans alike. If you are both, you will see how good this little book is. It provides general introduction and detailed information of 220 representative buildings in America. The buildings are ordered by their age, but indexes of architects and locations are available at the end of the book. With this guide in hand, you can add lots of fun to your next travel.
