Review: This posterbook contains six (12"x 17") quality posters at a bargain price. The images in this series were painted by Vincent van Gogh in the years 1887 through 1890. There is a description of each image in Spanish, Italian, and Portuguese -- NOT ENGLISH! A brief chronology of Vincent's life is also included.

I wish I had been able to view the posters on-line, before my purchace, but I was delighted with the contents and quality of the posterbook. Here is a list of the prints included: Self-portrait, 1887; Cafe Terrace at Night, 1888; Drawbridge with Lady with Parasol, 1888; Twelve Sunflowers in a Vase, 1888; Van Gogh's bedroom in Arles, 1889; and Road with Man Walking, Carriage, Cypress, Star, and Crescent Moon, 1890.

I use these posters as visual aides in my elementary school art classes, however, they are nice enough to frame at home! The posters are great, I do wish however, that I had purchased the English version...that would be ISBN# 3-8228-9332-3.
