Summary: great experimental typography
Review: this book is a very interesting look at a relatively unknown typeface designer. he starts out using traditional fonts (akzidenz, Helvetica) and now creates fonts based on matrices and pixels. beyond that, his interview explains why he did things the way he did.

a great book for anybody interested in typefaces and typographic layouts. the book layout is itself a little weird (strange margin sixes...) but overall is very clean and very effective.
