Is there a correct way to hold the camera so that it's as stable as possible??

How much equipment should I take on holiday with me?? Are there any preliminars steps I can take before commencing a portrait session to ensure the shoots runs smoothly???

This book is one of the best for the serious amateur photographer. Many good answers to your bigger troubles taking pictures. I recomend this book to anyone learning photography.

Review: This book is very informative for the amateur photographer. I have read and own quite a few photography books and it seems Frost really has the ability to simplify his method of writing by truly writing for his audience's level of understanding. This book answers many a question and allows the user to apply his methods and have great results.
