Review: As best as I can tell, he bought some tintypes on eBay, showed them to some people at the Smithsonian Instiution to help figure out what the people in the pictures were doing and wrote it up. He misses alot of obvious things in the pictures, but what can you expect from a has been news photographer. If you want to know about tintypes, history, etc. look elsewhere
