Summary: undecided about current guide
Review: Having not seen the new guide I hesitate to rate it, however I had the 2nd edition and it was shoddy. The sources were inaccurate and the addresses and phone numbers given were more often wrong than right. I feel they simply didn't fact-check their sources.
